We stand in the woods, Chase and I locked in a tight embrace, Hunter adoring us and Ryder face-timing Charlie telling him all the details, when suddenly a loud ring sounds out, I jump and bite my tongue as I hit head on Chases jaw,
"Shoot!"
"Sorry" Ryder says answering his phone, his expression suddenly turns grim, as soon as he hangs up Chase asks whats wrong,
"Its Kate"
"What about her" I ask stepping away from Chase
"She's in hospital" I start running straight away weaving my way through trees and ducking under branches 'til I stumble onto a road and take a short breath before continuing to run, scenes that might have happened play through my head.
