Up and Down

Why?

"Hey Kate it's alright can I help?" I'm sitting in Kate's room holding her while she cries on my shoulder
"Get a boyfriend and get me one that I can love and keep forever" I think I could do half of that
"I'll get you a boyfriend easy but I don't think I'll get a boyfriend"
Her phone rings
"Hello" she says miserably
"Don't you want her"
"Ok I'll meet you there" then she hangs up
"Yes!" She screams
"What who was it"
"It was Ryder" I arch an eyebrow in question
"He told me it was a mistake what I saw"
"What exactly did you see?" Starting to get suspicious
"I went to his house because we arranged  it and his mother said to go straight to his bedroom, so I went there and he was sitting on the bed in only his pants and hugging a girl then I ran out, but Ryder just told me that it was his sister"
"Can I leave now then?" I'm hoping that I could go talk to Chase
"Yeah where do want to go in such a hurry anyway?"
"Nowhere I just never had lunch because you called me just as I was about to order my food"
"K talk tomorrow"
"Yep bye" as soon I got outside I pulled out my phone and to try and find Chases number but I must have deleted it
"Shit" I curse under my breath 
"Ivy is that you?" I whirl around to see Ryder standing right behind me
"Uh yeah it's me"
"Are you ok, anyway do you think she will forgive me? I've fallen madly in love with her and I was hugging my sister because I was scared and I'd only just woken up"
"I think she's in love with you to"
"Really I'm gonna propose to her with this promise ring" he says showing me a beautiful ring with a heart saying K+R " do you think she'll like it?"
"Yep, you better take care of her"
"Don't worry I will" he runs into the house to propose to his love leaving me smiling like an idiot, I run home to my bedroom to listen to music I scroll down my list of songs and stop on accidentally in love because that's how I felt I've accidentally fallen for Chase, but it isn't meant to be he'll break my heart and I know it but I can't help myself.
