This is a project to celebrate Jonghyun's upcoming 23rd birthday. On June 8th, we will send him a message book full of your wishes, encouragements and love. Messages will be received from all over the world anf conpiled in a beautiful message book. If you want to join, please check the rules and guidelines below. I hope many of you will participate in this project.
