Ara's Point of View

"O bakit ganyan ang mukha mo? Parang natataeng ewan. Haha." bungad ni Ciennang pagtapak na pagtapak ko sa dorm. I just ignored her and took a seat.

Ano ba! Naiinis na ako sa sarili ko eh! Ano ba talaga ang tunay na nararamdam ko?! Ahh!

Napakamot na lang ako sa ulo ko. Naman kasi eh.

I was so deep in thought that I didn't notice Mika sat beside me.

"Hoy! Naririnig mo ba ako ha?!" she shouted which brought me back to reality.

"Naknampucha oh! Kailangang sumigaw?! Pwede bang less violence naman?!" sarkastikong sabi ko dito while covering my ears as if her voice were some speaker hung in to my ears.

"Sus! Ang dami pang alam eh! Sige na! Magkwento ka na. Alam ko namang may nangyari kaya ganyan yung pagmumukha mo." she said.

I lay on the couch heaving a sigh of exasperation.

"Wala."

"Anong wala? Hoy! Galang, kilala kita noh." she persisted.

"Oo sige na Reyes! Dun tayo sa kuwarto ko." I had no choice but to tell her because if she gets this persistent, there's no way to stop her rather than to give or rather, tell what she wants to know. Tss.

There was even this one time when she got curious about me and Myco and damn it! She didn't let me sleep even if I looked so tired and haggard from that one night I went out with him! Punyaterang babae! Napaka-boka.

Boka-bitch! Haha.

Together, we went up the stairs, entered the room and locked it and I begun telling her the story.

I started from the rumors by those 'biatches' in the cafeteria up until the scene that happenned just outside our dorm.

"Naku, baks ha? Sinasabi ko sa'yo, mahirap ang ganyan. If I were you, I would decide now than to rather decide tomorrow." she commented after I concluded my story.

"Sus! Yabang! Eh ang chismis nga eh di ka pa daw nakapagdesisyun kung sino kina Kiefer, Jeron o si Joseph Marco eh." I said, teasingly.

"Kapal nito! Dalawa lang kaya sila! Tsaka childhood friend ko si Joseph noh. Bakit mo pa siya dinadamay! Eto talagang babaitang 'to. Parehas lang kaya tayo." she responded.

"Yun o! Inamin na rin sa wakas! Tsaka ano ba yang pinagsasabi mong parehas?! Hindi kaya!" I said in defense.

"Sus yabang! Kung hindi tayo parehas, sino kay Thomas o Myco?" she asked in a challenging tone.

I was silenced for sometime after she said that. I didn't knew what to answer. At that moment, I felt like I was Bernardo Carpio. The feeling felt like I was in between two stones colliding or as far as my knowledge goes,

Parang nasa pagitan ng dalawang nag-uumpugang bato.

"Ano? Sagot!" she demanded.

"Si M..myco." I looked straight into her eyes and gazed away as I answered.

But deep inside me, I was thinking ,

Yung totoo, Ara? Si Myco nga ba?

"Huy! Labas na daw! Dali!" sigaw ni Mika habang tinutulak tulak pa ako palabas.

"Ano ba! Bakit ba kasi?! Ba't kailangang manulak!" I complained as I was being pushed by Kim and Mika. She gave me a glare.
