Before we get into this chapter, people have been saying they are confused about what happened in the last chapter. To sum it up, Lucas was drugged by Maya's sister, and she r worded him. Lucas was reminded by Maya's sister what happened the night before, and he rushed off to Maya and told her everything, even tearing up a little. Maya and Lucas got in a argument, Lucas fell on his head while running down the stairs, and slipped into a coma and was on the verge of death. Maya received a call from Farkle, and he told her not to carry him to the hospital and he would be able to save Lucas, with his false reality serum. The only catch was that the last three years of Lucas' life would be replaced with something that wasn't real. If you still don't understand what happened after that, here's a chapter that basically relived what happened in Lucas', Maya's and a third person point of view.

Maya sits in her trigonometry class dreaming of the outside world. It's so boring. She thought

"Maya? Maya?" Farkle says "Are you listening?"

"Clearly I'm not." She says

"Oh I know. I know you better than you think I do ya know." Farkle says

"I know ." Maya says and puts her head on his shoulder

"Class dismissed!" Ms. Gram says

"Let's go!" Maya says

Maya pulls Farkle out the classroom and to the lunchroom and they sit at their usual table.

"Hey guys!" Riley says and sits

"Hi." Zay says siting next to Riley

"Where's Lucas?" Maya says

"I don't really know." Zay says "I haven't seen him since first period."

"Lucas was supposed to be in Zay and I's Bio class last period, but I didn't see him." Riley says

"Neither did I." Zay says

"Did he ditch?" Farkle says

"He never ditches without me. We usually ditch together." Maya says

"Don't worry peaches. He'll show soon." Riley says

"Hi Maya. How was school today?" Katy says siting at the table

"Good." Maya says

"How's the boy?" Shawn says

"I don't know. I haven't seen him since first period this morning and I'm worried." Maya says putting her jacket on a chair

"Aww sweetie. You'll hear from him soon. I promise." Katy says and rubs Maya's arm in attempt to comfort her.
