"Uh Maya? I think I found her." Farkle opens the door to reveal Riley drinking Henny with Charlie Gardener

"Riley? What are you doing?!" I say running in and grabbing the cup from her

"Peaches?" She says as her voice sounds a little scratchy as if she has been crying.

"Yes, Riley. It's me. Come on. Your sleeping over tonight. Your parents can't see you like this." I say trying to pull her

"She stays with me." Charlie says and pulls on the arm that I'm holding.

Riley says nothing, just simply looks up at me with pleading eyes.

"She's coming with us." Farkle says sternly

"Whatever Minkus.You know you can't do anythin to stop me. And the cowboy isn't here to rescue the three of you now is he?" Charlie says than laughs

"You think I can't do anything?" Farkle says, pulls back and swings. Charlie's head flies back and when he resurfaces his nose bleeding.

"So maybe you're better than I thought Minki, but your not a match for -" he says before he gets knocked out. We look over to see Riley holding an unscrewed desk leg. She looks at us and then breaks down crying.

"I'm going to pay for that later." Riley says

"What do you mean honey?"

"Hitting doesn't come cheap in his books."

"Oh Riley. God is not going to punish you for hitting Charlie Gardener."

Riley looks confused at first then neutral. "Oh I hope he won't." She says with a half smile

After Riley sobered down a little ...

"So why are you really hanging out with Charlie all of a sudden Riley?" Zay says with a bowl of popcorn in hand

"He's just a nice guy, that's all." Riley says and smiles

Zay and I look at each other and then say, "BS."

"You don't have to lie us Riley." Lucas says

"I'm not lying." Riley says matter of factly

"Sure." Farkle says

"She's lying." Smackle says. I'm almost sure of it."

"Can we just watch the movie?" Riley says

"Okay Riley." I say

After the movie they all head home and Zay says, "I'm going to the hospital to see how my aunt is doing. I'll see you guys in about an hour."
