"Lucas the good wants to ditch ? Wow that's new. But, why me ? Why not ask Riley?" I say

"Whatever. Are we going or what ?" I say

"Whatever you say. Just please don't take my lunch money." He says and covers his face

Once we make our break and we are outside the building conversation starts again.

"So where do you wanna go Hop Along ?" I say

"I don't know blonde beauty I -"

"Wait. What did you just call me ?" I say

"Um. Okay. Anyway. Continue." I say as we walk down the street. Far. Far away from the school.

"Well, I was saying, I've never skipped before." He says

Oh if only you knew.

"Oh. Well maybe we should through you a party!" I say sarcastically

"You know, I think you use sarcasm as a defense mechanism so that I don't see the real you. But I'm going to see the real you if it's the last thing I do." He says

"What ever hee haw. How about we go to the movies ? It's dark, and it's unlikely anyone will think we are supposed to be in school." I say

"Sure" he says as we hop on the bus
