Title: Maging Matapang na Kristiyano
1st King 19:1-4
"Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and how qhe had killed all the prophets with the sword. Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying, "So may the gods do to me and more also, if I do not make your life as the life of one of them by this time tomorrow." Then he was afraid, and he arose and ran for his life and came to Beersheba, which belongs to Judah, and left his servant there. But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a broom tree. tAnd he asked that he might die, saying, "It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life, for I am no better than my fathers."
Ganyan ang nasasambit ng taong confuse o litong lito sa buhay.
Ilang bagay na kilos ng tao sa takot:
1. Nakakalimutan niya ang posisyon niya bilang anak ng Diyos
• Kapag takot huwag ninyong kalilimutan ang posisyon niyo bilang anak ng Diyos.
• Ang tao ay natatakot dahil sya ang nagdesisyong matakot hindi dahil sa mga nanakot.
• Ang takot ay desisyon.
• We cannot remove fear, but we can defeat it.
2 things to remember to defeat fear:
1. Alam mo dapat kung saan ka magiging matapang
2. Hindi malakas si satanas
SATAN IS NOT POWERFUL.
a. He is not omniscient
b. He is not omnipresent
c. He is not omnipotent
d. He is just a creation
e. Hindi siya ka-level
f. Siya ay namumuhay na patay
Most powerful-hierarchy
1. God
2. Christians/Believers
3. Angels
4. Satan
5. Unbelievers
Conclusions:
Christians dont forget your position and authority.
