"Okey kids, before we leave for the trip, please line up in pairs" PJ called out to the kids of his Daycare. Nightmare looked around and started to walk to his brother Dream, wondering if he wanted to pair up with him. Before he reached him though Dream had only gone of with Blueberry.
He walked to Error but even Nightmare knew he'd go with Ink. Horror had gone with Lust. (0-0 they make a cute couple) Swapfell was with Fell and everyone else had a partner...
...all except Cross.
"Me PJ I can't find anyone!" Little Night said raising his arm.
"Don't worry Nightmare look! Cross is also alone, take him!" Goth said kneeling down near Night, Cross beside him with a small smile and light red blush.
"..."
Nightmare was lost for words. Were they really making him pair up with Cross?! The kid that stalks him all the time?!
"...fine..." Nights said looking the other way and holding his hand out for Cross to take.
Night didn't know this but he too was blushing a light purple.
Almost invisible.
Crosses smile widened as he gently took Nightmares hand.
He didn't pull away!!!

Cross fangirled as he glanced at Nightmare longingly.

Once the kids and adults returned back to the daycare most of them were exhausted.
Mostly the adults XD
Nightmare actually had more fun with Cross than he thought. He learned that Cross...wasn't all that bad.
