I returned my phone to its holder.

Sam: Ugh, Jeron Teng! Where in the world are you?!?

I'm talking to myself this early out of frustration because of Jeron. I've been trying to contact Jeron since last night and still I've got no response from him. I tried everything - text, call, email, Viber, Twitter, Facebook. Name it! However, I still managed to get some sleep. Wala naman kasi akong planong palitan ang GomBurZa sa pagiging martyr.

Actually, kanina pa din naman akong gising. I just don't want to get out of this bed because it's still too early.I mean, it's just 8 am and my class starts at 12.

I reached for my phone and I really hope that it's Jeron.

Okay, it's not Jeron but who cares it's Kiefer. Seeing his name on my phone's screen excites me. He never fails to make me feel special.

Sam: Eh...

Okay, I can't stop myself from smiling. Hearing it straight from him is so much better than reading it.

Sam: You're crazy, Kief.

I buried my face on the pillow. I'm gonna die! He's so sweet.

Sam: Hahaha. You're just so funny, Kief. Btw, may kasalanan ako sayo. I can't visit you there today.

Kief: You're going to visit Jeron?

Sam: Yes. Ahia's in Cebu for his team's tune-up game so Tita Susan called me last night. She's so worried about Jeron. Sorry.

Kief: No worries, Sam. Jeron's my friend too and he's your best friend. He needs you more than ever. Don't get me wrong. I also need you but knowing Jeron, sasarilinin niya yung problema niya.

Aww. We grew up together so no wonder Kief knows Jeron.

Sam: Thank you, Kief. Thank you so much.

"Sir, morning tests na po."

Kief: Hey, that's my nurse. I'll just call you later, okay?

Sam: Yes, Kief. Be a good boy, okay?

Kief: Yes, Ma'am! And, don't worry! Hindi kita ipagpapalit sa nurse ko. Not in this lifetime. Not ever. Have a nice day, beautiful!

I ended his call and returned my phone back to its holder. I can't stop myself from smiling.

Sam: Samantha, calm down! Kilig na kilig ka na naman. Calm down.
