As I board the bus, I feel like a bit of the old me splutters to life, like a little bit of home has slid back into my being. I feel happier now than I have since the moment I arrived. I seriously can't wait to come back and visit Harry...I feel excited to get  back to anything that resembles home.

Hell I want to work...

The other kids are kind of giving me these strange stares, like I've just performed open heart surgery in front of them, I realise something as I walk back to my seat, these kids may have whatever going on in their lives and watch copious amounts of shows like that hospital drama show that Dell loves, the one where the all the doctors lust over the doctor guy...but they really don't understand...real life ...I don't know how to put it... the struggle of life maybe.

"Av, yuk." Ruth tries to bend her back away from my arms, like a constipated gymnast. I glance down to see my hands and shirt sleeves covered with blood and amniotic fluids. I'm used to it, I notice that I've wiped my hands subconsciously over my jeans.

Matilda who does our housekeeping stuff at home, she always rolls her eyes at my appearance when I get home at night and mutters alot, every one calls me grub... its doesn't worry me though...never has.

"Ruhhhhhh I'm gonna getcha!" I make out like I'm gonna wipe all the crap over her, she screams and dashes down the back of the bus. Following her progress down there, I notice Seth with his eyes closed slumped in the back seat next to Sam, Amanda is almost sitting on top of him, smoothing her hand over his pale face.

Its' weird to see Seth pale, I mean he more tanned than a kangaroo skin and his hair is all sweaty, normally it's a funny combination of salty and shiny.

As I near I can't work out whether he is ill from being my 'under duress assistant' in 'operation calf' or he's grossed out by Amanda's touchy feely hand. I know her hand would make me vomit.

Oops talk about crusty, I unbutton my long sleeved shirt and pull it off, using it to wipe of the blood and stuff over my hands. I roll it in to a ball and hold on to it. I may need it to threaten Amanda with in a minute.

"Do you think he's alright?" I ask Ruth nodding at Seth.

"He looks kind of clammy, it was pretty gross though...I'm glad it wasn't me. Speaking of which, I hereby inform you that you are never to make me watch anything like that again," she whispers sternly at me.

"Damn I had another booked in at the shopping centre later on," I smile evilly at her.

"Shopping! Yay I feel better already," she cries fist pumping.

I sigh looking at Seth again, I promised to be nice to him today...to me that nice had an expiry date of 11.59.59 tonight. Then I have to go and get the bloody excavator. I wish he never challenged me because you have to drive those things so slowly so the tracks don't come off. It's a big risk on my part; he should feel thankful for my effort tomorrow morning when he wakes up to it. Somehow I doubt it ...but I will remind him of it anyway.

Hmmm how to be nice to him?...grimacing, I walk up to the back and sit in the seat just before his. The bus starts moving.

"Is he alright?" I ask Sam, ignoring Amanda who's now kissing Seth on the cheeks like he's a sick baby. I don't know how people found a c-section tummy curling when they saw that stupid kissing stuff. Yuk.

"Doubt it. Do you always carry that thing, little Pyscho? Is that why you wear jeans to school?" Sam asks gruffly.

"I don't wear undies, that's why I don't wear the tunic," I smile sweetly at him.
