I hit send and threw the phone back down beside me.
I heard the front door open and Max walked into the living room.
"Hey." I say patting the spot next to me.
"Hey." He said plopping down beside me.
"The girls and Corey are coming back tonight for a break, we are gonna have a party. " I said laying my head on his shoulder.
"Sounds fun." He said laying his head on top mine.
"I'm bored..." I say rolling onto his lap.
"Aren't you always." He said a small smile present on his face.
"Maxxxxx, I have some news." I say looking up at him, from my present location on his lap.
"Yes?" He questioned as he started playing with my hair.
"I'm going to look at a new horse tomorrow..." I smile.
"Really! That's awesome!"
"Yep It's a quarter horse gelding, 15.3 hands, 10 years old and his name is Jumper."
"That's great babe." He says kissing my forehead.
