"Ok now that you guys have set everything up tell us what are the ingredients you guys have first we will start with the long cook please tell us your ingredients."

Alinawritess :
"Our ingredients are 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil' 1 small eggplant, cut into 2cm pieces' 550g lean lamb leg steaks, excess fat trimmed, cut into 2cm pieces 1 red onion, finely chopped."

Junior:
"2 celery sticks, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground paprika, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp harissa paste, 2 large tomatoes, chopped."

Alinawritess :
"250ml (1 cup) Massel Salt Reduced Chicken Style Liquid Stock, 400g butternut pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, cut into 2cm pieces, Finely chopped fresh mint, to serve, Finely chopped fresh coriander, to serve and the last one is steamed broccolini, to serve."

Junior:
"And this is our ingredients."

Film man:
"Ok team cooker what is ingredients."

Riya:
"Our ingredients are 1 tbsp olive oil, 1.2kg boneless lamb leg, fat trimmed, cut into 5cm pieces

Antoni:
"1 long fresh green chilli, finely chopped, plus extra, sliced, to serve, 500ml (2 cups) The world's best curry sauce (see notes), Natural Greek-style yoghurt, to serve."

Riya:
"And our 2 ingredients are steamed basmati rice, to serve, fresh coriander sprigs, to serve and those are our ingredients."

Film man:
"That great guys thank you for telling us all what are your ingredients and now it is time to cook your time starts now so team long cook what guys what are your first step."

Alinawritess :
"We are cooking slow-cooked lamb with pumpkin and eggplant and right now I am I just preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan forced."

Junior:
"And I am heat 1 tsp of the oil in a large flameproof, ovenproof dish over high heat."

Film man:
"Right guys I will come back and check on you guys in a bit."

Alinawritess and Junior:
"Thank you."

Film man:
"So team cooker what are you guys doing right now."

Antoni:
"Well Riya is heat the oil in a large heavy-based saucepan over high heat. While I am cooking the lamb in 2-3 batches, turning, for 5 minutes each batch or until golden. Transfer to a plate."

Film man:
"Thanks guys well keep on cooking I will be back on you guys a bit."

Junior:
"Hey come over to me well we have just cooked the eggplant, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add lamb to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Transfer to the plate with the eggplant and set aside."

Film man:
"Good job guys I will leave you guys alone for a bit now." I have took videos of what are they doing so far. "So now everyone they should be at step 3 let ask them what did they do for step 2 and then we will come back later let go. So team long cook what was your step 2."
