Antoni:
"Babe I am home."

Kevin:
"In the kitchen babe."

Antoni:
"Hey wait Riya oh my are you ok?"

"I am fine thank you for asking."

"I told them to do that and so you would not have to come today but I am here now."

Kevin:

Riya:
"I felt like baking so we thought your recipes book hope that so ok and we saw easy no-bake bunny biscuits and baked fruitcake cheesecake and we thought why not bake it I hope that is ok please do not be mad at Kevin."

Antoni:
"Hey I am not mad at Kevin I like it."

Riya:
"Wait you do?"

Antoni:
"Of course I do yes I do not let Kevin cook at all because he will burn down the house."

Kevin:
"Hey I will not burn down the house."

"Sure you won't anyways I love it do you guys need help or are you guys done."

Riya:
"Actually we are done."

Hey guys this is how you can make baked fruitcake cheesecake.

Ingredients:
800g Iced Fruit Cake*, icing removed
1 tbsp dark rum or orange juice
750g cream cheese, softened
1 cup (220g) caster sugar
3 tsp finely grated orange rind
1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice
1 tsp mixed spice
3 Eggs
250g sour cream
1/2 cup (125ml) orange juice, extra
1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar, extra
Mixed berries, to serve

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line the base of a 22cm (base measurement) springform pan with baking paper.

Step 2
Cut twelve 1cm-thick slices from the cake. Arrange cake slices in the base of the lined pan, trimming to fit. Brush the cake base with rum or orange juice.

Step 3
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, sugar and orange rind in a bowl until smooth. Add the orange juice and mixed spice and beat until combined. Add the eggs and beat until smooth. Add the sour cream and beat until just combined. Pour the mixture over the cake base in the pan.
