Momo's POV

I am now walking towards the party hall together with this stunning girl beside me. She seems disappointed for some reason.

Hey. Are you okay? I asked her.

Yeah. Just disappointed. I want my parents to meet Chaeyoung badly. She said.

Oh! My.. She's so fast..

Really? Uhm. It's okay. There's always next time. I said.

Yeah. I know. It's just my parents are always on business trips so it's really hard for me to introduce Chaeyoung for them.  She sadly said.

Uhm. I know that we just met but So Hee, do you like our baby Cub? I asked her.

Baby Cub? She asked.

Oh! We always call Chaeyoung our baby Cub. Do you like her? I asked.

Well, I like her so much but I still need to confirm something. You see everything happened to us quickly. One day I was crying over my ex who dumped me and now I'm with her making my heart beat faster. She said.

I see. I said and smiled at her.

I know she likes Myoi Mina. She said.

I stopped and looked at her with eyes wide open.

I saw her giggle.

You know? I'm jealous. It seems that you are really close. She never told us that until I found out myself. I said.

No. She said while waving her hand indicating that I misunderstood the situation.

I unintentionally knew it. And, if you are curious you can ask Chaeng about it. And, one more thing I am Mina's boyfriend ex girlfriend. She added.

Again, my jaw dropped to the sudden confession.

I saw her giggle again.

I know it's surprising but it really is. She said.

OMG!! And Chaeyoung knew this? I was still shocked.

She nodded.

Wow. You two kept on surprising me.

Don't worry. We don't have any plans to break the two. We broke up almost a year now. She said.

So, you are Kenji's ex girlfriend before Mina? Wait. You are not angry to Mina aren't you? I asked as we started to walk again.

Believe me or not. I am not. I know they are together because of family arrangements which Chaeyoung also know. It's just Kenji could have fight for us. I am angry at Kenji for dumping me without noticing my value as a person.  I know Mina is just a victim. She said.

I guess we are here. Thank you for your time and listening to me Momo. I hope we can be friends. She said and hug me.

Thank you for telling me things. I'll kept it within me. I said and reciprocated the hug.

This is crazy. She seems so nice. If she'll be Chaeyoung's girlfriend I think they will be good together. Well, it's my first time meeting her. Still, more time to know her. Wait!! You are a michaeng shipper Momo!!

There you are!! What took you so long Momoring~? Sana asked.

Why are you here? I asked her.

Well, my family reschedule our meeting. There's an emergency from their business. Sana replied.

Where's Mina? I asked.

She's with her family and her boyfriend. She said.

Okay. I said.

So, who's the friend you are with? Sana asked.

It's baby cub. I said.

Chaeyoung?! Why didn't you tell me?! You know how much I miss her.  Sana whined.

Come on! You said you will be meeting your family so I didn't bother to tell you same as Mina. And, Cub told me not to tell you both that she asked you so that you'll not feel bad about rejecting her invitation. I said.

But.. but.. I'm not. You know I have my soft spot in my heart for the baby cub! She said.

Of course. I know. All of us we have. Stop whining now Satang~ We will see her next week. I said.

The party had ended. Sana and Momo already went back to the hotel we are staying at. I and Kenji are waiting for our parents to come out from the hall when he suddenly hold my hand and drag me to someone. The girl looks panicking as she tries to call someone but it seems that the call cannot reach the person.

Looks who's here. Kenji said while smirking to the girl.

The girl looked at us with her bitchy face.  She's stunning in her outfit. She's pretty.

What do you want? She irritatedly asked still trying to call someone.

Wow. Are you here again to beg for me?  Kenji asked again and smirk.

I looked at him in disbelief. Is he really real? This girl beg for her?

Oh! Mina. She's my ex-girlfriend Kang So Hee. He said.

Ex-girlfriend?! Is he stupid for dumping this girl for our parents' stupid arrangements. By the way, the girl seems not interested in us or to him but she extends her hand to me for a hand shake.

Hi Mina. I'm So Hee. Nice meeting you. She plainly said still calling someone. I entend my hand for the handshake.

Finally!  She said to the person she's talking with the phone.

Where are you? I've been searching for you. I'm so worried.

Okay. I understand. I'll wait for you outside.

No. My parents already went home.

So, who's that? Dating a celebrity huh? Kenji asked.

She breathes in and out  and look at him with a mad expression.

Just mind your own business! for whatever business you have. You know what?! I'm so done talking with a jerk like you! Get lost! I'm so done with you. I hope we never cross paths again! She irritatedly said.

She started to walk away but stopped she faced me. So, she's not finished with me? I mean, I didn't do anything.

I'm sorry to say this Mina but your boyfriend is really a jerk. He's no good for anyone. He's a loser! She said then continue to walk away.

I looked at him. My childhood friend seems so shocked that he cannot utter any word still looking at the back of the stunning girl he dumped.

I'm sorry that I heard that. I said.

So, she's really done to me? She already moved on? How? Just last three months she went to me begging. He said.

You are hopeless Kenji. Really a jerk and loser. I said while shaking my head.

Mina?! You're the only friend I have. You know that's not true. That's mean of you to say. Kenji said trying his best not to cry.

I just sigh and nodded. I caressed his back indicating that it's okay.
