Groaning as I wake up, I slowly sit up in my bed. The sun caused me to squint immediately after. Looking around I search for my ringing phone. Patting around I finally find it and get confused when my fathers contact is there. Sighing I run my hand through my hair as I answer the call. Immediately my fathers voice rings into my ear when the call connects.

"Good morning honey. I just wanted you to know the papers went through and the deal is done." He says, his voice chipper. I stifle a yawn as I slowly get up and go to my kitchen.

"That's good, father. How's it been since the other day? I'm sorry mother and I embarrassed you." I said, looking through my fridge before just grabbing 2 eggs. I put water in a pot and set it aside on the stove to boil.

"You didn't embarrass me, kiddo. Your mother did when she put her hands on you and accused you of despicable things. You're allowed to dance with someone, and honestly, I'd prefer you to be with Mingi or his friends over DaeJun. I know he doesn't treat you right. Your mother just argues I should stay in my lane and that it's not my business." He says. I freeze midway grabbing the Japanese Mayo and whipped cream cheese from my fridge.

"Y-You knew?" I whispered. My father sighed into the phone.

"I'm the reason your brother hasn't put his hands on him yet. We were waiting for you to come to us since your mother would never let us bring it up no matter how hard we tried." He explained. I felt anger swell in my chest.

"So you knew I was suffering the last few years and didn't do anything because she didn't want you too? Is that the real reason you do these things for me? So you can allow yourself to stop feeling guilty knowing your daughter was being abused and you stood by and did absolutely nothing to help her while she was getting beaten down and broken daily?!" I cried out, practically screaming at him. He tried to respond but I was so distraught I hung up and went back to my room.

Pulling on a pair of athletic shorts, Yeosangs hoodie, and socks I go brush my teeth and hair before grabbing my keys and wallet, putting them into my pocket. I turned off the stove, put the Mayo and cream cheese back, and then left. Going down to my car I got in and just sat there. I felt so overwhelmed I couldn't stop myself from just breaking down and crying. All along they knew, they could've stepped in when I was too scared to ask for help.

Taking a deep breath I wipe my face and put the keys in the ignition. Leaving my parking garage I began my drive to the guys house. It was the first place I thought of going. They bring me comfort when I can't find it else where and right now I don't trust myself to be alone. So I decided on their house. It was a bit of a drive especially due to morning traffic, but I did get there eventually. Getting out the car I immediately walk up to the door and knock on it. Wooyoung answered the door with Seonghwa behind him. Both looked so confused on my presence.

"Ren? What're you doing here?" Seonghwa questioned. I briefly looked at them and walked into the house.

"Where's HongJoong?" I asked, already walking towards the office. My mind was on overdrive and I needed to see him.

"He's doing something, why? Ren what's wrong? What happened?" Wooyoung asked. I ignored them as they followed behind me. Arriving at HongJoong's office I knocked thrice and walked in. I saw Yeosang, San, Mingi, Jongho and Yunho there with HongJoong. Immediately they were all on guard and I saw the look passed to Seonghwa and Wooyoung behind me.

"HongJoong?" I said, my voice relatively calm compared to how I actually felt in the moment. Immediately he was on his feet and walking towards me.
