One fine day
It was evening time. Everyone was in dorm. They all decided for group studies as exams are near. All were in boys room studying together when someone knocked the door.
Sid went to open it. He found Sumedh's parents. Before he could say or do anything, Sum's mom pushed him a bit and walked in. Sum's father went behind her. Sid balanced himself and came in.
Sum (saw them): What you guys want now? Can't you see me living a peaceful life?
Sd: Sumedh we are your parents. We want you to be happy.
Sum (rolling his eyes): So true. That's why always you misbehave with Sid. Now please leave. I don't want to talk with you and waste my time.
Sm: You know what Sumedh. We got to know you are in search of job. Beta tujhe pata bhi hain humara kitna naam kharab ho sakta hain? Ahuja Empire hote hue tu ek tuch si job dhund raha hain.
Sum: Vo empire mera hain hi nahin. Vo do greedy logo ka hain mera nahin. Or mere job karne se aapka naam kharab hoga to aapki ye soch aapko hi mubarak. Mujhe farak nahin padta.
Sm: Tujhe nahin padta par hume bahut padta hain. Hume nahin pasand ye sab.
Sum: Mujhe bhi nahin pasand aapka behavior Sid ke sath. Aapko uss baat farak nahin padta na. So same mujhe bhi job karne ka farak nahin padta.
Sd: Ye sab chor. Sun ye le property papers. Pura Ahuja Empire tere naam par kar diya hain. Tu apni company ka owner hain. Tujhe job karne ki koi bhi need hain. Got it.
He patted his shoulder. Sum looked at them with shock. Hurt and anger was clear in his eyes. Everyone was shocked.
Sum (gritting his teeth): Ye property and business mera nahin hain. Kisse poochkar aapne ye sab mere naam kia hai?
Sm: Beta tere parents ka hardwork hain. Tu uss property ka owner hain.
Sum: Vo sirf aapka nahin but chachu chachi ka bhi hardwork hain. Owner to phir Sid bhi hua na.
Sd: Tu vo sab chor. Ye le papers aur haan tu abhi job dhundna chor de. Theek hain. Kal se tu join kar le business.
Sum: Mujhe ye property nahin chaye. Ye meri nahin hain. Life meri hain uska decision main luga ke mujhe business join karna hain ke job karni hain. Aap apni reputation rakho apne pass.
Sm: Sun Sumu bacha tere parents ke liye maan jaa. Chor de zid. Isse kuch nahin milega.
Sum was quiet for few minutes. Everyone was waiting for his answer.
Sum: Okay fine. I am accepting my property.
He took property papers.
Sum: Now you can leave.
Sm: Arey! Aese kaise hum to apne bete se milne aaye hain.
Sum (sighed): Maine property accept ki but that doesn't mean aapki galatiyo ke liye maaf kiya. So yeah I don't consider you my parents. Please leave.
Sd: But aese-
Sum (coldly): Leave Mr and Mrs. Ahuja. Aap log humara time waste kar rahe ho. Jao yaha se.
Sm and Sd looked at each other. Sm blinked her eyes. Sd nodded and both left from there.
Sm (mumbling): Property accept kar li na. Kal se office aayega to samajha denge.
Sd: Aakhir humara beta hain kab tak humse nazar ho sakta hain? Chalo Sab acha ho jaye abhi.
They both left talking with each other. Everyone heard these words. Abhinavi, Avu, Mallika were shocked.
Sid (smiled): Sahi decision liya. Chachu, chachi bahut khush the.
Sum (glared him): Tera dimaag kharab ho chuka hain.
Sum sat on bed, checking papers and then he took his phone.
Sum: Guys you carry on with your studies. I will be back in few minutes.
Mallika: Kaha jaa rahe ho?
Sum: Zaruri kaam hain. Mera dinner ke liye wait nahin karna. You guys have it.
He went away. Everyone continued there studies.
After 2 hours
Everyone was waiting for Sumedh as he isn't came back till now. Mallika was so worried for him. So was sid. He wasn't even answering anyone's phone calls. Vaish was with Mallika trying to calm her. They all had dinner as Sumedh already said he won't be present for dinner but everyone was worried for him.
Sid: I think I should go and search for him.
Just then Sum came. Mallika saw him. She quickly went to him and hugged him tight.
Abhi: Kaha tha itni der se? Phone bhi nahin utha raha hain.
Sum: Vo kaam se gaya tha.
Sid: Kaun sa kaam? Tujhe pata hain kitni tension ho rahi thi sab ko.
He sighed and hugged back Mallika to calm her.
