Caitlin stands looking at Barry shocked.
"You're joking me right?" Caitlin stands with a shocked expression on her face.
"Wh-" Barry stops.
"Caitlin...I am... serious.." Barry continues.
"Gosh, I LOVE YOU!" Caitlin places a hand on barry's face.
"Caitlin.. so is that??" Barry
"YES YES YES!" Caitlin jumps up and down excited.
"Where's the ring?" Caitlin tilts her head and pouts.
"Shoot! I FORGOT A RING?" Barry facepalms.
"Of course.. that's my dork."
"Just......kidding."Barry pulls out the small ring box from his jacket.
Barry gets down on one knee.
"What I am trying to say..." Barry takes a deep breath.
"You are; and you'll always be my reason." Barry continues.
He opens the small box to reveal a ring with Blue Sapphire dipped in ruby red, the two colours merged together so perfectly, just like them.
"We are quite the pair Dr Snow." Barry smirks; he knew that was his first time seeing her at star labs again; when the two reconnected after high school.
"Yes.. yes we are Mr Allen." Barry grabs her hand and puts the ring on her finger.
Caitlin smiles fondly at her new ring on her finger; she finally got engaged to the boy who she first met outside the school gates.
"You are my cute creepy dork." Caitlin looks down at Barry.
"Need a hand getting up." Caitlin offers her hand.
Barry nods and grabs it. He pulls her in by her waist and starts dancing with her.
Barry starts humming a song and then he starts singing the words.
"Wise men say, only fools rush in. But I can't help fallin' in love with you" Barry sings to Caitlin.
"So.. romantic." Caitlin blushes.
"Oh remember the time we sung karoke?" Barry laughs still swaying Caitlin back and forth.
"Summeeerr lovin'" Caitlin sings out of tune.
Barry places his hand on her hair and pulls her in closer; the two share a passionate kiss, they look at eachother.
"is it? the right time?" Caitlin raises her eyebrows.
"I respect you enough to wait for the night of our wedding." Barry says respectfully.
Caitlin bites her lip. Barry notices.
"Oh shoot!" Barry feels slightly uneased.
"It's realllyyyy tempting..." Barry steps back.
"I respect; that you respect me.... if that makes sense." Caitlin smiles and tilts her head.
"You look so pretty.. standing in the light; you have a beautiful dress on, I just can't help staring at your beauty, it's not just that... it's your heart... gosh you have such a nice personality." Barry expresses his feelings towards Caitlin.
"You are such a gentleman." Caitlin pulls him in again; Barry's heart beats faster this time. Caitlin messes his hair up.
"Let's go to bed, no strings... just... us alone... going to sleep." Caitlin finally says.
"Sleep... oh thank God!!" Barry sighs.
Caitlin grabs his hand and pulls him into the bedroom and shuts the door.
The two embraced in a warm hug and gazed into eachothers eyes.
"Goodnight Mrs Soon-To-Be SnowAllen." Barry kisses her sweetly on the forehead. Caitlin falls asleep first. Barry stares up at the celling and smiles and looks next to a sleeping Caitlin. He wonders... will this stay this way forever? Will something go wrong?
