"Why do I have to go?" I ask.

"Because she's a complete stranger and could steal our stuff." Mom says.

"Yeah, and me!" I say.

"She's only 24 you'll get along well. Her name is Y/n." Mom says.

Time Skip

Y/n just turned early does that mean she's going to kidnap me. Can't be, she's too hot for that. Oh wait, Ted Bundy.

"We're going to take another route because otherwise we'd be stuck in traffics for hours." Y/n says.

Maybe this won't be so bad. Only 12 more hours to go.

"What do you do for a living?" I ask.

"I'm a college senior, I study psychology." Y/n says.

"Good, because I need a therapist." I say.

Y/n laughs and I smile.

Time Skip

Y/n yawns and I look at her.

"You can't drive when you're halfway asleep." I say.

"Yeah, well you're over there snoring." Y/n says.

"We can just get a hotel, we'll start again in the morning." I say.

"Alright." Y/n says.

10 minutes later...

"Look at you two. What a lovely couple." The receptionist says.

"We're—" I say.

"We're on our honeymoon." Y/n says.

"Congratulations to you both." He says as I stare at Y/n.

"I'll upgrade you for free." He says.

"Thank you." Y/n says.

They smile at each other and he hands her the room keys. We walk into the elevators and push the floor number.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I ask after the doors shut.

"Free upgrade. Always works." Y/n says.

"Once I was on a road trip with my brother and we stopped at a hotel. Some woman at the front desk asked me if I wanted a condom. I said no and she gave me an early congratulations on my pregnancy." Y/n says.

"What?" I ask.

Y/n shrugs and the doors open. We go to the room and she unlocks the door.

"Holy shit this is nice." I say.

"Told you." Y/n says.

"I'm gonna crash." Y/n says laying down.

I nod and lay beside Y/n.

"Y/n." I say.

Y/n starts to snore quietly and I smile.

6 hours later...

"That's the last box." I say.

"Only took 24 hours." Y/n says.

"What time is your flight so I take you to the airport?" Y/n asks.

"I didn't book one." I say locking the door.

"What? Why?" Y/n asks.

"I wanna just drive back with you if that's cool with you." I say.
