"Hey, Y/n." I say.

Called you on the phone today

"We haven't talked in a while so I was just wondering how you are." I say.

Just to ask you how you were

"I'm doing pretty good. How are you?" Y/n says.

"I'm okay." I say.

All I did was speak normally

"Why are you doing this? Did Tate put you up to this? I don't want to talk to her." Y/n says.

"Y/n, I just wanted to see how you were." I say.

"You have something to say, don't you?" Y/n asks.

"Yes, I do." I say.

"I really miss you, Y/n. I kind of feel like a mess without you." I say.

"I'm gonna be back in town from the 10th to the 17th. I'll text you." Y/n says.

"Okay." I say.

"I miss you too." Y/n says.

I smile and she hangs up.

"How'd it go?" Sofia asks.

"She coming back in town." I say.

"That's a good start." Sofia says.

"What if she thinks I've changed and doesn't have feelings for me anymore?" I ask.
