You glared at him when he just stood their with a smile, he was doing it on purpose just to piss you off more.

He did succeed, there was no doubt on that.

Oh how much you would sacrifice to break that smile of his.

Your door slowly creaked open signalling that someone entered.

"Y/n, i need to go back to my workplace. My boss just called my for unfinished business." She sighed out and leaned against the foor frame.

"Once i leave i want you to keep an eye on Klee, okay? I trust you won't so any funny business." She gave you a soft smile and left.

"Oh, sure." You mumbled.

Your mom had already left.

Both of you were in the living room staying away from each other.

A movie was playing but you didn't pay attention to it, nor did he.

It was getting late.

Your mom would probably come back by dawn.

Soft footsteps were coming from the staircase which made you avert your gaze.

"Y/n, can i stay near you please?" Her pleading eyes were looking at yours.

She was trembling, You didn't know if it was because of the cold or if she was scared.

"Sure come here." You smiled and patted the seat next to you.

But she didn't sit near you but him.

He was as surprised as you were.

"Y/n, why aren't you sitting near your boyfriend?" she tilted her head in confusion.

"We're not dating." You huffed out.

"But didn't Albedo and you talk about him?" she leaned against Scaramouche.

His eyes were filled with curiousity as he stared at you searching for an answer.

"Klee, do you know what they said about me?" He gently smiled at her.

Oh how you wanted to kick him out of the house right now.

"Klee." You warned her hoping that she would listen.

"But i heard that he said you two were both dating." She mumbled in disappointment.

He looked at you.

You knew what he was going to say.

But maybe you had a chance to change the topic.

"Klee, aren't you sleepy?" You smiled and moved closer to her.

Once you had mention it she yawned

"How about we go back to your room?" You offered her and silently hoped she said yes.

"I wanna stay here though.." She looked at you both.

"If you go sleep right now I'll treat you to some ice cream tomorrow." You could say that you were getting desperate.

"Is it a promise?" She smiled at you.

"Yes, now go to bed." You replied back and watched her leave slowly.

It wouldn't be a lie to say that you were getting tired too.

A lot happened today.

So you just layed back on closed your eyes.

Maybe you were too tired to realize that you were right next to the boy.

He was already slowly drifting to sleep.

When you were trying to get klee to leave he had already closed his eyes.

Even if he didn't fell asleep yet he felt peaceful after a long time.

The same thing could be said to you too.

Maybe he wasn't as bad as you thought he was.

Right?
