I knew I had to get there no matter what.
I ran and ran to the small point of light I saw in the distance and when I got there I felt the comfortable warmth I had even better than before.

-y/n's .p.o.v.-

When I was at the place where I felt the most warmth, a flash came and I was standing in an old familiar spot.
It was the old training ground behind the fairy forest kingdom.
The place where I met the brothers and Chandler.
No wonder I feel so comfortable here, because someone came my way with a big grin.

"Wow! Long time no see."

He opened his arms and looked me straight in the eye.
I didn't think for a second and ran over to him and jumped into his arms.
He started hugging me and sighing.

"I was worried you know.. Especially when you engraved your mark on me. That hurts you know!" he said teasingly.

I looked at him confused.

"Mark what do you mean?"

Meliodas released me and saw his neck where a butterfly and a dragon were burned in one on his neck.
I gasped and hesitantly raised my hand to the mark.
I touched him with my finger and felt a burning pain above my chest and started groaning from the pain.
Meliodas got panic in his eyes and grabbed me tight.

"Y/n! What's the matter with you?"

I said nothing and felt the pain slowly go away.
I sighed and touched my chest where the pain was.

"I think I now know what you mean by the fact that a mark hurts.."

He started laughing.

"Tell me." he said with a grin.

I crossed my arms and pouted.

"Mhpf meanie!"

"Gomen, gomen ahah. But where are we anyway? I passed out and before I knew it I was here."

"To be honest I have no idea, but I think it's some kind of passage way back out and you're probably here to help me. And especially get me out of here."

"Oh yes, that makes sense. Since I've often woken up from a long sleep. So let me try something."

He grabbed my hand and put it on the mark.
He then moved his other hand towards the spot where I just had pain and put his hand there.

"A lot of times when I want to get out of these situations I have to endure pain, so let's try that by touching both our marks at the same time."

"Um okay.."

We counted down from 3 to 1 and then countered our marks.
It felt like thousands of sparks were going through us and I felt myself slowly lift off the ground.
Our environment started spinning.
And slowly the environment also started to change and I no longer felt Meliodas' presence.
As if he had never been there.
When I regained my sight I looked around and saw a familiar place with a famous person.

"Hey Dad..."

I saw Gloxinia immediately get up and come my way.

"My god y/n.. You're finally awake!"

"Huh.. I've only been gone for a few hours, haven't I?"

He looked at me wide-eyed and shook his head.

"No.. You've been gone for over two months. Everyone was very worried and especially after Meliodas suddenly passed out and only woke up yesterday."

"T-two months..."

Gloxinia nodded and grabbed my face and pulled me towards her.

"Don't worry about what matters most right now is that you're back." he said with a smile.
