y/n ended up crying herself to sleep but when she woke up she got up seeing kobe had a suitcase on the bed with clothes in it and she realized the door was unlocked so she walked out looking around the house and when she didn't see him she went back upstairs looking through his suitcase and she saw a tiny bag so she pulled it out looking at it and when she noticed what it was she shook her head in disbelief and turned around and as soon as she did she bumped into kobe and he looked at her then what was in her hand and he snatched it away looking at her pissed

Kobe: where were you going with this
Y: i was going to pour it down the fucking drain
Kobe: it's not your decision
Y: i don't care what the fuck do you need crack for
Kobe: because i do why don't you mind your fucking business
Y: you're forcing me to stay married to you so it is my business and i asked you a question so fucking answer it
Kobe: i don't have to answer shit you're not my fucking mom
Y: and i sure in the hell ain't your wife
Kobe: yes you are
Y: legally yes but mentally this marriage died a long time ago and i don't want to be with you anymore i want nothing to do with you kobe
Kobe: shut up
Y: no you never let me talk i'm done being quiet you're gonna listen i don't want to be in this shitty marriage no more i don't want to live with you i don't want any of it this isn't a home this is a hell you and everyone else living with y'all is hell no one is really there for me but rome i rather be with him then ever be with you ever again

kobe looked at y/n and his eyes turned the same shade of black as the time he shot tony and he looked at her and he turned around trying to walk off but once she grabbed his shoulder he turned around swinging his hand and he ended up slapping her and she held the side of her face while his eyes turned back to their normal color and he tried to go to her to apologize but she yelled and pushed him away

Y: don't you dare fucking touch me you're fucked up i don't love you no more why don't you get that why don't you just live with that you did this to us not me i don't want you no more i hate you i fucking hate you kobe i hate you

y/n was yelling and hitting kobe chest until she started falling down and kobe tried to catch her but she pushed away from him sitting down on the floor and still crying after a little he went to her squatting down and hugging her and she tried to push him off but he only tightened his grip and she cried harder at the fact that he wouldn't move
