Y: and my answer will stay yes but i'm not officially dating you until monday

Kobe: ok well i have a sister named kiya you've seen her my dad comes whenever he feels like it so rare my mom is my main support always will be i have so many friends out of state and what not i left them when i had to come here to teach i had some other friends but we kinda fell off after we like split up going separate ways that's all there is to know what about you

Kobe: you got a brother

Y: like i said i have a brother named vinnie my dad comes once a year and that's just for my birthday my mom is literally my best friend she's the coolest person i know the girls are really my only friends i have an ex out of state dated him for three years before we got into a big argument and split ways
Kobe: so y'all didn't break up because he cheated or some like that
Y: nope just a stupid argument but anyways after that i moved here honestly the best decision my mom made

Y: why
Kobe: just wondering
Y: umm nice
Kobe: what was his name
Y: ian
Kobe: ok tell me more about him
Y: no can we change the subject
Kobe: just tell me a few things
Y: he's an only child sweetest person you'll ever meet scholar student we used to study together all the time he helped me with all my work never lied or cheated and he has or had a baby face
Kobe: so who broke up with who
Y: i broke up with him
Kobe: why
Y: because he wanted to stay together but i couldn't make him do that i would've felt bad
Kobe: do what
Y: make him stay with a girl that's half way across the country it isn't fair because he deserves to be with someone who's gonna be closer to him that he can see everyday and besides it's been years since i've seen him he probably doesn't even remember me
Kobe: fair point
Y: exactly now new subject
Kobe: fine

kobe finally started talking about a different subject which helped y/n relax then once they were done they got in the car driving back to her house and before she got out he grabbed her

Kobe: earlier i asked all those questions to see if i had competition
Y: ok
Kobe: and i realize have hella competition
Y: you don't have any competition kobe i want you ok
Kobe: so are you saying yes
Y: monday if my grade is good then yes now goodnight mr morris

Y: yes really

y/n kissed kobe and he kissed her back then she got out the car going into the house and to her room seeing the girls laying on her bed watching tv

Y: why are y'all still here
Kitra: told you we would so how was it
Y: it was really fun but he started asking me about my ex
Kristen: ian
Y: yea
Kristen: why
Y: he said he wanted to know if he had competition
Kitra: does he
Y: no but he think he does
Kitra: that's a good thing that means he's going to step up his game
Y: well i don't understand why he would have competition right after he asked me out
Kristen: what
Y: here we go with the yelling again
Kitra: he asked you out
Y: can you shut up it's one in the morning
Kitra: but he asked you out
Y: i'm very aware
Kristen: so what did you say
Y: i said i'll say yes monday if he raises my grade back up
Kitra: and what if he doesn't
Y: then my answer is no
Kristen: so when y'all start dating is he gonna quit
Y: no he's gonna wait until graduation
Kitra: aww he's gonna try to keep an eye on you all year
Y: i don't know if that's the reason but he's staying until then so maybe
Kristen: i need a relationship so i can have something to relate to
Y: he said he has some friends out of state some of them he's still friends with and some he fell off with
Kitra: tell him to set us up with one of them
Y: i'll text him about it tomorrow
Kitra: bet now come lay down and watch this movie with us
Y: i need to shower first

y/n put her things down then went into shower washing her face and hair so they wouldn't smell like fountain water then once she was done she got dried off and dressed then she went into her room laying down and watching the movie until her phone started buzzing so she answered seeing it was kobe and she sat her phone up while they talked a little then they got quiet doing their own thing until they fell asleep
