Jay winced and accepted the pain from Kai's punches. He was unsure if he deserved it or not, seeing as he couldn't control it...

Jay stood up and punched Kai square in the jaw, then delivered a kick in his groin.
The victim stumbled backward, his amber eyes burning with anger. Kai crumbled to the ground, still staring deep into Jay's eyes. He muttered something under his breath and squirmed as the others tried to help him up.
Jay didn't care about the look of distrust and anger his fellow ninja were giving him. He didn't care about Nya desperately trying to hold him back either.
'All I care about,' Jay thought, bearing his fangs and leaping onto the fire ninja.
