Merciless Night x Albert

I just quitted editing halfway through because it was taking too long and I'm already starting to become tired of reading the same thing over and over again, so if you see any typos while reading this, then deal with it.

Summary: Merciless Night was one of the commanders of an army belonging to King Horrid who ruled the Kingdom of the Nights. One day, war broke out between him and the king of the Days City, who had been historical enemies with his kingdom for centuries.
When all the Night soldiers were called together to fight the Days, Merciless is forced to flee when Great Day, the king of the Days City overtakes their entire army. He goes into hiding and comes upon a Civilian who lived in a small town belonging to Great Day. At first, he plans on killing them, but he spares him so that he could be hidden by him. Eventually, as time goes on, he and the Civilian start to form a weird sort of bond together and become close friends. But suddenly, just as their little friendship was starting to blossom into a romantic relationship, the king of the Days finds out about commander Merciless's whereabouts lol.

(The locations are all made up, except Sunrise, which is a city (or country) that actually exists in the origin story of these Roblox myth[s]. Sunrise is also a real place, there is an actual neighborhood here called Sunrise.)

-Opening Scene-

Now, the kingdom of the Nights was under siege by the Days. It was dusk, and there was a certain Night who was one of the commanders of the Night army, he was watching out for the enemies that would be advancing against the city tonight on a watchtower.
Everyone else—with a few exceptions—was getting some rest so that by morning they would have enough energy to defend the city for at least one more day, and the Night was tired by now. But he just couldn't rest, something felt like the Days had already started their attack before the expected time. They could be within their walls right now. Merciless jumped when he heard something this behind him, and he quickly drew out his sword to attack his enemy.
But instead of seeing his enemies, he only saw his fellow Night commanders laughing their asses off because of his reaction. Merciless glared at them and drew his sword back into its place.

"Greetings, Merciless Night. Why're you still up? Are you scared of the Days? *laugh*" Dauntless would poke fun at him.

"*scoff*...Well, I could ask you guys the same thing. What do you want now?" Merciless replies.

"Oh, nothing! But tell us, why are you still awake?" Joyous asked him, Merciless sighs, he was afraid to admit it, but maybe they would understand. "...You see, I just..." Merciless trailed off his sentence, Frivolous raises a brow, "What?" "Okay, you're right, I am scared. But why should that be any of your concerns?" No one really said anything in response, but a small chuckle was heard from Turbulent, causing one of the other commanders to smack him across the head.
