Chapter 32

Mina POV

Its been a month I decide I like Chaeyoung just as a friend. But, within this month. Chaeyoung still being Chaeyoung. Sweet as always. We still cuddle. What? We are cuddle buddy. He at first don't want but who can resist me right? Haahah.

Flashback

"No Mina. I don't want. Why should I cuddles with you. Last time its just because you're scared. Now, what your reason to cuddles haa?" He asked.

"Because I said so. I want to cuddles with you. Full stop. Your should listen to me. Please." I said softly and pouting at him.

He sighed and said "Fine. You such a spoiled princess you know." I just laugh at him.

We also always had breakfast together. I will help him to tied his tie and before we going out from the house, he always kiss my forehead. Yes, I asked him to do so. He just follow because like always, he can't resist me. Its just a friendly act. Friend behaviour.

At office, we act like we don't know each other because I don't want to attract people. I don't want people to spread a gossip about us. Besides, I don't want Jeongyeon feel jealous. Yes, he always jealous toward Chaeyoung. But, like I say, who can resist Myoui Mina.

I notice Nayeon lately being silent. She doesn't try to seduced Chaeyoung like always. I wonder what is her plan. I must been careful with Nayeon.

"Hey, don't you eat well? Your face was pale. I also notice you not being yourself lately. Are you okay? You can tell me you know?" I hear Chaeyoung voice.

I turn around seeing Chaeyoung hugging Nayeon. What the heck. I just saying about her. Is she pretend to be sick to gain Chaeyoung attention?

"Hmm. I'm fine. I just busy and forget to eat. Its okay. Don't worry." Nayeon said. What a faked.

"No, I will take you to eat. You must eat in front of me. If not, you can take a leave. I don't want sick people to work with me." Chaeyoung said firmly and grab her hand.

Before they can go, I walk toward them. I grab Chaeyoung hand and drag him away.

"Mina. Mina. Where are you taking me? I'm taking Nayeon to eat. She haven't eat yet." Chaeyoung said.

"No. You are going with me. I also didn't lunch yet. So, you can taking me to eat." I replied.

He release my grip from his hand and stop. He look at me. He sighed.

"Mina. Lets take Nayeon with us can we? I really don't want her to be sick. I care for her. Please. She not being herself lately. I'm worried about her. She doesn't have anyone. I have to be with her." Chaeyoung said softly to me.

"Fine. Just go with her. Suddenly, I didn't have appetite. You have to be with her. Go! I don't want you to blame me if she getting sick." I said angrily and walk aways.

I was angry. He didn't chase or tried to persuade me. He really choose her over me. Who he think he is. No one can resist Myoui Mina. If this you want, fine. I don't need you.

Nayeon POV

"Mina. Lets take Nayeon with us can we? I really don't want her to be sick. I care for her. Please. She not being herself lately. I'm worried about her. She doesn't have anyone. I have to be with her." Chaeyoung said.

My heart melted hearing what Chaeyoung said. I feel appreciated and I love he so much. I don't want to lose him. I want to keep him beside me. I want to protect him from anything can hurt him. I see how mad Mina is. He just let her go and walk toward me and smile showing his dimple.

"Lets go. I don't want you faint. You must eat well you know. You had promise me to eat well right? So, why do you skip your meal?" He said while pinch my cheek.

Oh my god, he really can be cause death of me. He is so cute.

"I'm sorry. When I busy, I always forget to eat. So, can you remind me?" I said cutely.

"Oh, do you get my forgetfulness diseases? Okay. I will. If not, I will drag to to eat." He said laugh.

I love hearing he laugh. I love his dimple. I love seeing he smile. I love his voice. I love when he pat my head. I love when he care about me. I love him. I love Son Chaeyoung. But, he doesn't love me back same as I love him. He just love me as a friend. And if he know about me, I don't think he will love me even as a friend.

Chaeyoung POV

I know Mina mad at me but I can't let Nayeon like that. I really care for her. I know she has a problem. She just not ready to share with anyone. I understand. Maybe she has a trust issue or she have no one try to approach her before. I just want she know I will be always here for her. After eating I ask her coming to my office to have a talk with her.

"Nayeon, are you okay? I understand if you don't want to tell me your problem. But, I want you to know, whatever it is I'm here for you. I care for you." I said to her.

Then she start crying. I move close to her and hug her tight. Let her know that I'm here for her. She hug me back and keep crying. I let her cry and not saying anything.

"I'm sorry. Your shirt are dirty because of me." She said.

"Its okay. As long as you feel better. Don't worry about my shirt." I said.

"Hmm. I feeling better. Thank you Chaeyoung. You are nice man. Mina was lucky to have you. Don't worry I just miss my parent. That's all. This upcoming month was their death anniversary. That's why I not feeling so well. But, thank to my baby boss. I much better." She said smile hiding something.

I know she don't fulling tell me the truth but I won't forced she. As long she feel better now. After office hour, I went home seeing Mina laying on the couch. I go to her.

"Hey princess. Are you eating yet? Do you want something?" I asked her.

She ignore me and continue watch the movie. I move closer to her and look at her. But she doesn't look at me.

"Look princess. I'm sorry okay. Please don't ignore me like this?" I said while pouting.

"Just go to your girlfriend. Asked her whether she's eat or not. If not, go cook for her. I don't want her to get sick. I care for her." She said sarcastic.

"I'm sorry okay. I just being a good friend. She feel down because upcoming month was her parent death. She doesn't have anyone. I just think her like a sister. That's why I care for her. Like I care for you. Please stop mad at me. Please penguin princess." I said cutely with pout last word.

She can't holding it anymore. She laugh seeing my cutie act. Haa, I win. Hahah.

"Don't do like that. You're not cute. You look like monkey. Fine. I forgive you. But promise me don't you dare let me walk away like that again. Its so embarassing." Mina said.

I nodded and get a shower. We decide just to order the food. As usual, we cuddles. Its feel like a routine for us. I'm happy Mina getting more closer to me than before. Maybe I can have some hope for Mina. Maybe. Another three months is our first anniversary. Yes, its been a year we get married. Our marries feel like riding a rollercoaster. There's up amd down, mixed feeling. But I'm glad now, we are okay and much closer then before. That day also is a Mina birthday. I plan to make a surprised for her. I can't wait that day were come.
