Part 23 {Oh, brother}

We left, parting from the other three. We trailed to the Slytherin common room, knowing my brother would be there.

Even though he is a Ravenclaw, he always spent his time around Slytherins, mostly Regulus Black.

We entered the common room, walking up to Regulus's dorm. But my heart dropped when we opened Regulus's door.

I grabbed my wand and yelled, "Accio" summoning the object from Micheals's hand. In fright he jumped up and turned to see me.

"Micheal Brian Wood!" I yelled as I saw the cigarette in my hand.

"El- Ellen, it's not what it l- looks like" he stuttered looking my anger.

"Oh, so you're just inhaling air from this?" I asked sarcastically.

"Okay it is what it looks like" he admitted. "But it's my first time, I swear!"

I glared at him. "Regulus, give me the packet of cigarettes" I said looking at him. He looked at me then Micheal. He grabbed the packet from under his pillow and handed it to me.

"Where did you get this?" I asked looking down at him.

"Mason Tomson. He is selling to us" he stuttered, clearly scared.

"That fucking dick" I rolled my eyes.

"Wait" Sirius said confused. "Like Mya Tomson?"

"Her brother"

"Holy shit"

"I won't ever do it again, I swear!" Micheal promised, looking at me scared. "Please don't tell mom! Please Ellen"

I sighed then smiled. "Happy birthday dork" I said, throwing him a present box.

I walked away giggling. Sirius glared at Regulus, then followed me out. We walked down the hall, to the Ravenclaw common room. On the way Mya saw me furious.

"Lucy? Are you okay?" she asked worried, tagging along.

"No" I said showing her the cigarette box. "Sirius's brother bought this by Mason"

"That son of a bitch" Mya yelled.

We entered the Ravenclaw common room and stormed past all the Ravenclaw students who tried to stop us. We banged open Mason's door, furious.

"Hello Mason" I smiled deviously. "Missed me?"

Mason smiled walking towards me. "Finally come for that date I asked you for in fourth year?" he joked.

"Oh fuck you" I yelled.

"Lucy" Sirius whispered grabbing my arm.

Mason looked at Sirius's hand and smiled. "Oh, you have your boyfriend here?" he asked mockingly.

A few Ravenclaw students filled the stairs behind us, curious about all the yelling.

"I'm reporting you to Professor Dumbledore first thing Monday morning for selling cigarettes to fourth years" I smiled looking him up and down.

Shocked he looked me up and down. "What? No"

I laughed looking at his scared attitude.

"You'll get me expelled!" he yelled, looking quite scared.

"I found this pack of cigarettes in Regulus's room. He claims he bought it by you" I asked.

"He didn't" Mason defended.

"Are you calling my brother a liar?" Sirius asked sarcastically.

"No! He never bought cigarettes by me!" he yelled looking at the cigarettes in my hand. "I sold those to Micheal"

I chuckled and walked back down the stairs through the students. "Son of a bitch" I whispered. Sirius and I exited the common room, hearing how Mya yell on her brother.

"What are you doing now?" Sirius asked walking alongside me down the halls.

I smiled looking up at him. "Nothing"

"You're not going to rapport him?"
"Nope"
"Why?"
"If he knows better, he'll stop selling"
"If he doesn't?"
"Being expelled won't help, a broken nose will"

Sirius laughed and looked back forward as we walked back to the Gryffindore common room. "You're really turning bad, aren't you?" he asked jokingly.

"Yeah right" I giggled.
