'Does attending the same shitty support group as Luke Hemmings make me any less shitty?' Luke Hemmings is the new boy who all the girls want. Elise Martin is just the girl who happens to go to the same support group as him. Problems bring them together but will problems tear them apart?

Samantha Williams is an average seventeen year old girl with big dreams and hopes. She is currently in her last year at North Ridge High School in Melbourne, Australia. Sam lives with her mom and her dad. She is a very reserved girl, she keeps her feelings bottled up inside. Luke Brooks is an average eighteen year old boy with a successful YouTube career. He is living his dream with his identical twin brother, Jai, his older brother, Beau and his two friends James and Daniel. He and his brothers are having some family issues which caused him to seclude himself. How will they avoid their past?

There was something fragile in her mismatched eyes. I couldn't place it, but something hid there, just below the surface. She stared at me, voice crumbling and lost and oh so fucking beautiful. "You can't be with me, Isaac." I stepped closer. She was right. There was so much wrong with both of us. We were destined to fall apart; it was only a matter of when. "I know. I'm a mistake, you're a disaster." "Yeah." Her hair was falling in front of her eyes again, covering the tiny flecks and the little scar under her left eyebrow. My fingers yearned to touch it. Living with anger issues and no goals, an excstacy overdose lands him in multiple hospital visits and forces him to see a psyciatrist, who in turn suggests he joins a support group, and after much persuasion he agrees. Via Hale is, in no accounts, normal. Hopelessly depressed and sufferer of recurring nightmares, there is little hope to her life, even in the day time. The trauma of past events in her life makes her difficult to befriend, unstable to talk to. Perhaps that is why her therapist forces her to attend a support group, wanting her to branch out.
