The elimination portal is supposed to move people through space. When Nickel learns his recent elimination was "actually" one year ago, he learns space isn't the only thing the portal can move. (Takes place a little while before the hectic events of the II reunion in season 2-season 3 has already happened but MePad is alive, basically. Forgive me if some of the details are wrong here.)

This is a character study on the predatory species: Deathgrippers. They are mentioned in the third movie of HTTYD THW and are primarily characterized as subjugated dragons under Grimmel the Grisly's control. By the end of each chapter I hope to introduce a perspective where the strongest and the most brutal species does not equate to them being evil. To take their lack of depth for face value is a missed opportunity to add meaning, interpretation, and character. Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge the greater scale of the HTTYD fandom. I may not know all of you, but I wouldn't be the storyteller I am without the countless ideas and perspectives we exchange through media. Most of my takes are supported by analyzing scenes, information from the HTTYD wiki, and research by relating them to real world animals.

Post Canon Alternate Universe - Where Coriolanus Snow makes DIFFERENT choices...and those choices lead to a different future in Panem. Starts at the point in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes where Lucy Grey asks Coriolanus, "Who's the third?" - and he tells the truth. I wanted to explore the question that if Coriolanus Snow could change, what would that look like? In TBOSAS, he's always struggling morally with himself on what's "good/kind/selfless" or "ambitious/reputation/power". So I started a story about it. Very heavy focus on the psychological aspects of who he was in the Capitol, his internal struggles within himself, and how Lucy Gray Baird softens a hard-grown Capitol Boy. P.S. It's slow-burn, but the story really starts picking up in action around Ch. 11-12 after we've established our character & relationship developing. Some AU Details: The Covey are joining Lucy Gray and Coriolanus in their flight into the wilderness. I think it just works better if I have more interactions to work with. Hope you all agree! The part where this story shines with its full glory is with its heart and soul. There are three to four leading roles, but only two is revealed in the description - Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff. This event would change the MCU forever.
