Mal was cold. That wasn't surprising of course, people are generally cold when they're in an environment that's covered in snow, but that doesn't alleviate her pain. She's still cold, whether that's a surprising fact or not, but the thing is that she's cold and it doesn't look like she'll be able to get warm anytime soon. You see she's cold, in new york, in a snowstorm, and the power is out. That's bad enough, but the real kicker is one crucial detail. Mal is homeless.
