Confusion. Poems about the things we can't understand. Things that plague us sometimes. This is a collection of poems not about romance, but about the concepts that keep us up all night. The compilation of poems starts out simple, but by the end it will be a lot more complex. I may not be too old, but I do think a lot about this stuff, and I can never seem to fully understand it. I don't think anyone can truly understand it. Thus the reason why it shall be written. It never hurts to get the mind thinkin'. (Complicated Times : is the sequel.)

Fall is an average girl going through average teenage stages. Such as, high school, drama, and friendships. But what she didn't know was the one DNA strand within her that was slightly wound tighter than the students' around her caused her to be within a whole different realm. Of course, fourteen year old Fall doesn't realize just how dangerous this little DNA strand and her newfound ability might just be -- and what dark turns await her.

Midnight's life was ordinary until the day that her best friend ,Rach, killed herself infront of her eyes. Now she has moved from her town and home to the town of Moon Valley where everyone has a secret. Until she meets the dark, brooding and gothic boy, Fade. Fade is the goth boy of the town and is, to Midnight, irresistable. It is not long before the two beome friends. But will it turn into something more? And what is the secret that Fade is hiding? What's more Midnight can't stand the popular group at her new school, which gives her some friends, and enimies. She makes friends with the un-popular kids in the school, who are suprisingly, talented and powerful. But what's more, Midnight is learning things that a certain person doesn't want her to know. In this new place she will discover the secrets of certain people, and not only that, but the fact that Rach might not be truly gone from his world. Will she survive? Or will she put her friends, and herself, in danger?

Ignorant parents. A bit of loneliness. Meg began to find herself fading. But really, it wasn't her fault. • • • "The earth doesn't revolve around the sun only, you know?" Aaron's father told him. "It doesn't?" Aaron asked. "No," Mike smiled. "It revolves around the person you love as well." • • • All Meg Jameson wanted was someone who understood what she went through, the feelings she had. Never had she expected it to be Aaron Shade. • • •

I stood still, the same, unchanged

Trey had just moved to Barre Vermont when he found his mate. She was gorgeous in every way possible. After thinking his life was finally perfect tragedy struck and his family was taken to a great loss. Trey is out for blood. With the help of his friends he plans on bringing this person to his death. But there will be deaths, no doubt about it. Like Trey's dad always said, "There is nothing worse than spilling worthless Wolf's Blood."

What life offers can be pretty complicated at times, overthinking has led me to this new person. The following story is abrupt. It has poems and other stuff that I've been through in real life and in my imagination. Be a part of what started as depression leads to healing and growing.

The voices inside your head. The ghosts in your closet. The monsters under your bed.
