aka a GoD as Philza that nobody asked for cause I just got stuck with that idea and it won't come out. basically, Philza was still an angel of death but suddenly mumza died. Philza then got stuck in the void for 5 years and then became the new god of death. Nobody (except the gods) knows that gods were once human (or partly human) and the gods don't ask each other who they were.
