You tried to get closer, watching as they once again lowered to the street. In a break, you dashed to their position, managing to get in between them right as Toshinori's fist and Enji's fire came barreling toward you at full speed.

Toshinori quickly recognized you and quickly adjusted his arm to wrap around you as Enji's fire blazed across the ground. But you felt nothing, the impending burning sensation was felt no where and as you opened your eyes, you realized why.
Toshinori had used his body as a sheild, lifting you off the ground and into his arms so his back took most of the impact. You looked up at his face, it was clear he was in pain, his hero suit wasn't on the the fire probably gave him a nasty burn.
He set you down slowly before collapsing on the ground, all his energy completley gone. His body steamed from the fight as you finally looked over at Enji.
His teeth were clenched as he looked dowm at Toshinori and then quickly up to you. Before you could say anything, he scoffed and walked away.
"(Y/n)....a-are you alright?"
You turned your attention back to the blond male who was slowly standing himself up, blood dripping from his jaw as he looked over toward you. He noticed your arm, eyebrows furrowing at the sight.
"I should be asking you that, what happened?" You said, walking toward him and helping him lean on a building as he tried to brush off his injuries to no avail.
"..." He stayed silent, clearly something he did not want to talk about. Deciding to let it slide for now, you took off what remained of his shirt to look at his back. It was covered in red sploches, some skin charred as it was crisped by the flames.
"We need to get you to recovery girl." You softly stated, "Here. Lean on me."
Despite the height difference, you walked the tall male over to the nurse who was just about to pack up for the night and go home. "Recovery girl?" You shouted, seeing her locking up her room and looking over to you in shock.
She glanced ober to Toshinori and immediatley opened her door again, setting down her bag and getting a bed ready as you brought him in.
"Oh my, what happened?"
You sat the male down on the bed, grabbing a few tissues and wiping off the blood from his face. "Got into a fight with Enji." You replied, hearing her sigh and get out some equipment as she examined his back.
Toshinori's blue eyes were locked on you, despite the pain he was in, all he could think of was what would have happened if he didn't react sooner. He felt your small hand cup his cheek, you had tears in your eyes as you looked over his face.
"You are going to be okay." You softly said. Toshinori knew he would be fine, but realized that from your point of view it seemed like either one of them could have died.
"I am going to have to work on his back for a while. He may be here for a few days." Recovery girl stated, looking over to you both. "Toshinori, if I could have you please lay down on your stomach...some of this may hurt."
You stepped back a bit so he could move, shifting himself through gritted teeth onto the bed. Once he did, his arm reached out and grabbed your hand. "Stay with me...please."
You looked up at recovery girl who gave you a nod of permission as you pulled up a chair and sat beside his face. "Is it bad?" The blond questioned, throat dry as he attempted to speak to you. "Pretty bad." You whispered, reaching into the mini fridge behind you and grabbing an ice cube for him to chew.
"Here..."
Toshinori took the ice cube and sucked on it, the cold making his teeth hurt, but every other part of his mouth was happy for some hydration. "I am going to start now...I am going to numb the area which will be the most painful and after that it will only be a few pokes."
You slid your hand into Toshinori's and squeezed it. "I'm right here Toshi..."
Recovery girl then inserted a needle into one of his shoudlers. "FU-u..ck!" Toshinori hissed, sqeezing your hand and she quickly pulled the needle out. "Three more to go." She informed, prepping the next one as you stroked his hair, watching as his muscles flexed once she inserted the other needle.
"Half way done..." She reminded.
"(Y/n)...." Toshinori mewled, your heart aching for the pain he must be in. "I'm right here Toshi...I'm not going anywhere." Your heart fluttered, for some reason, in this moment you felt such a strong connection to Toshinori. Like your hearts were one and the same.
You moved a floppy yellow bang out of his face, tucking it back as you placed a sweet kiss on his forehead while the third needle went in. There was no pain from that needle, the thought of your lips against his skin made his mind draw a blank as he wondered if it was just his imagination.
"This one might hurt the most, it is going in the most burned area." Toshinori gripped your hand squeezing his eyes shut as he readied himself.
"One...two..." Recovery girl put the needle in before she reached three as Toshis whole body convulsed in pain. "SHIT!" He screamed, trying to focus on your soft assurances and touches to his hair and face.
"All done, the pain should subside in a few moments, while I wait. (Y/n) let me look at your arm."
Toshinori kept his eyes closed, the pain ceasing made him realize just how tired he was. Slowly closing his eyes, Toshinori fell asleep with your hand in his.

Toshinoris blue eyes peeled open, it was bright, the white walls on the room made it even worse as he tried to take in his surroundings. Shifitng, he realized he was on his back, yet there was no pain...recovery girl is magic.
Speaking of, she wasn't anywhere in the room, but as he looked around, he saw your face, asleep on the side of his bed as you sat in a chair. Your arm was fully healed and you were snoring as you had your hand gently resting atop his.
Toshinori felt his heart pound. How long had he been asleep? He was hooked up to an IV so that meant it had to have been a while.
"You're awake." Recovery girl stated softly as she walked into the room. "How long was I out?"
"Three days."
His eyes widened, a whole three days!? How did he sleep for three days?
"Don't worry, after you normally fell asleep I used my quirk to help you heal faster, guess your body decided the best way for you was through rest."
Toshinori looked back down at you, "She has been here everyday after school." She added. Toshinori couldn't help but smile, you looked so beautiful, even if you were drooling a bit, the thought of you staying by his side made him unexplainably happy.
There was a bleep of a walky-talky as Recovery girl sighed. "I'll get you ready to go when I get back. First year got melded into a tree." Toshinori chuckled and watched her leave as you shifted in your spot.
Your eyes trailed up to the suprise of pure blue eyes that were wide awake. You instantly sat up, alarming Toshinori at your sudden movement. "YOU'RE AWAKE!" You cheered, sitting on the side of the bed and wrapping him in a big hug.
You smelled sweet, like a flower that Toshinori couldn't help but notice as he held you close. His hand ran across your back as you ran your fingers through his hair.
"I'm so happy you're okay...I was so worried." You confessed, letting yourself feel all the feelings you finally had been holding back. "I'm okay, I had you with me. I couldn't give up that easily."
You pulled back a little bit with a small laugh. As if it was an instinct, Toshinori kissed your cheek as you pulled away, both of your faces flushing at the contact.
"I-I'm sorry! IdidntmeantodothatandI justwokeupfromasuperlongnapandI dontknowwhatIwasthinking-!"
Without a word, you pressed a light kiss to his cheek as well. Your heart pounding in your chest as butterflies swelled in your stomach. Toshinori quickly acted, his emberassment from a few moments ago completley falling as he pressed his lips onto yours.
They fit together like a puzzle piece. The kiss he felt on his head was real, you did feel something for him too. Your small hands ran up his abs to his shoulders, Toshinori puffing air out his nose as he reveled in the touch.
You both pulled away, the need for oxygen being a nessectiy. "Toshi..." You said, both of your eyes locking as he sat himself up more and pulled you back into him. Despite how twisted your spine was, you couldn't feel a thing compared to the giddiness you felt right now.
Your hands played with his hair and felt his back muscles as you both delved deeper into the kiss. His tounge slid past your teeth, saliva mixing as he held you tightly.
Toshinori let his hands wander up your sides and to your hair where he curled his fingers in and pressed you against him. "(Y/n)...~" He groaned, disguarding your uniform jacket as he got one step closer to your warm skin, making his mind fuzzy.
"Toshinori, I-"
"Oh my!" Recovery girl blurted out, entering and then quickly exiting her office. You quickly pulled away from his kiss, almost shoving Toshinori back into the bed as you flailed and fell off the side of the bed and onto the floor.
"(Y/n)!?" Toshinori questioned, looking oved the edge to see you on the floor rubbing your back. "I didn't mean to intrude..." Recovery girl said, slowly entering the office again. You peeked your head over the edge of the bed, body stunned in emberassment over what just happened.
"I just was coming back to say that your teacher said that if you are up to it, the exam is still tomorrow for your class."
"The exam!" Toshinori shouted looking back down at you. "(Y/n), are you taking it?!" You raised your head up a bit, "Of course. But I'm not sure if you are fit to go...."
"OF COURSE I AM!"
He said with his classic smile and can-do attitude. He clenched his fist and looked to you as you sighed. "Okay, but you have to take it easy..."
"Got it!" He started to stand from the bed, wrapping the blanket around himself and almost walking out the room. "I almost forget a key item!" He shouted again, turning back and walking up to you and lifting you from your spot.
Toshinori took both your hands in his and flashed his smile, "Date me (Y/n)!"

After you didn't reply right away, his smike began to drop. You processed that your silence was rejection and pulled him into a kiss. "Yes!" You exclaimed, pulling him into a hug and littering his face with kisses.
"I thought you were going to say no..."
His sounded so relieved, you frantically apologized much as he had done before as you both left to get ready for the exam.

"I can't believe you got a 99 om the exam when you had just woken up!" You complained, walking on the dirt path through the forest.
Your class decided on a nature walk after the exam to relieve stress, everyone passed and of course Toshinori was the top model student...again.
He shrugged, "You got a 95! Third highest!" You lightly shoved him, "Half of my points came from the collaboration test. It is only because we work well together."
"I missed a point!" Toshinori said, trying to make himself seem less like an angel child. "You missed one and it was only because you underestimated how tight the turn was and you ran into a wall."
He laughed, it echoing through the trees as you walked beside him. He slipped his hand into yours, enjoying the feeling of skin on skin contact.
The class was farther behind you both, everyone having free regin to roam as lomg as you made it to the end of the trail by a certain time.
Toshinori wandered over to look at some flowers the caught his eye, but as you were waiting, the sound of rushing water caught your attention. Wandering further ahead you noticed a giant waterfall that seemed to go hundreds of feet into the air.
"Holy shit." You said, running more toward it and reveling in its glory. The green trees and rock formations surrounding it made it a large sight to behold.
Toshinori noticed your presence or lack their of as you bolted deeper onto the forrest. Quickly, he got up and followed you only to see the exact reason whu you ran off in the first place.
The waterfall was stunning, this was a great spot to go and hike to. He was having a blast. You had both taken off your shoes and to say he felt refreshed was the least you could do. His bigger than life smile was plastered on his face as he looked up at you.
You were stunning. Balancing on a log that ran over a small river, the t-shirt and shorts you were wearing made it hard to resist you. Toshinori jogged to catch up with and took his place by your side as you stood looking over at the waterfall.
It was quiet, the light breeze and sound of water and rustling leaves being the only thing you could hear. "It's gorgeous." You said, closing your eyes and feeling more relaxed than you had in a long time.
Toshinori toom your hand in his, "I think I see something. Come on." He took you over to the little pool of water and pointed behind the waterfall, "Look. It's a cave!" He cheered, immediately stepping into the water, adjusting the the rocks that slipped under his feet.
You chuckled at him, watching as he turned around and offered up both of his hands. "Come on! Adventure with me!" You took both of his hands as he helped you into the water, leading you around the back of the large waterfall and into the cave.
There was a small gulf filled with water that led up into the rocky depths. "It's so pretty! You can't even see through the waterfall, how did you see this cave?!?"
"Luck I guess." He shrugged, taking your hand and pulling you into the waterfall. "TOSHI!" You squealed, the cold water soaking you from head to toe. "Pfft! I'm sorry I couldn't resist!"
"You asswipe!" You trudged up the gulf and tugged him down into the water, getting himself covered in water too. "Take that!" His head popped out of the water, bangs covering his eyes like curtains as he peeled the back with his fingers.
"Doesn't feel so nice does it?" You said, dangling your legs into to water as he approached you. Toshinoris hands ran up your thighs as you gave him a smug smile. "I deserved that."

He pulled your hips closer to him as he felt a rush of emotions course through his body as you eyed him up amd down. "(Y/n)..." He grumbled, placing a few soft kisses on your neck, slowly turning them to bites making you sqeak.
"T-toshi....what are you- ah!" You yelped, feeling his teeth pinch your skin as his hands fiddled with the bottom of your shirt. "Toshi, the class will be here soon....they will see us."
"You said it yourself, no one can see back here."

His hands ran under your shirt, piercing blue eyes watching your face as it turned shades of pink from emberassment, he was going slow, seeing if you enjoyed it but as he let his fingers delicatley trace your skin, you let out a soft moan.
"Ahhh..~" Almost at a whisper, yet combined with the goosebumps on your warming skin, he could tell you were enjoying it. Lifting the fabric slowly, he watched as your eyes fluttered open, now filled with lust and want.

You stroked his cheek before placing a small peck on his forehead. "You are the only one Toshi. I only want you....I-I didn't get to say it earlie because Recovery girl came in but. Toshinori Yagi...I love you."
He almost, ALMOST, passed out. If he wasn't holding you he probably would have, but without a doubt in his mind, he replied.
"I love you too."
With an exchange of smiles, you felt him slowly enter inside you, the sharp pain shifting through your body as you clawed into his back through gritted teeth.
Tears brimed in your eyes as you burried your head by his neck. Toshinori finished sliding himself all the way in and then pressed your back against some smooth rock in the cave. "(Y/n), are you alright?"
"Mhm..." You hummed, obviously still adjusting to the length. "...I just need a second." Toshinori stood still, waiting for the go ahead as he lovingly kissed your shoulder softly while he waited.
You pulled away and rested your forehead on his. With a simple nod, Toshinori pulled himself out and then slowly moved in again. It still stung with raw pain, but as he kept moving, you felt the pleasure build and build.

"I love you too....now, should we go and catch up with the class?"
