tl note: I really don't like how Su Tang / the author likes to constantly take shots at Su Dani for being too cowardly or whatever. I mean what the hell? How brave is any 8 year old girl in this world? Not to mention an 8 y/o girl who spent her whole life being abused? It's so absurd to criticize her when she literally had zero options. Eight isn't an age where you can go on a heroic globe-trotting adventure to escape your evil relatives, okay?
