A/note-The timing of both sid and Sana paragraphs is parallel,so sometimes if it seems like sana already said something that is not yet happened in her paragraph of setting its because it will happen later and the dialogues you read of her with sid were in time ahead. How they reached upto that point of conversation will be explained in the next paragraph.

Sidharth was driving straight home and thinking to himself what the hell was happening.
Vikas and sidharth both need to leave for the ashram immediately if something severe happened.
Or he could just fly his mom here but...what if?
No..he absolutely can't go there. Vikas didn't sound belligerent, it can't be that bad right.
He reached home and ran inside only to see vikas and few other people talking in quite serious demeanor.
Vikas saw sidharth and hugged him.
Sid-Bhai kya hua yar.
Vikas-I was about to get ready and leave for work lekin i got a call from someone saying k the car in which they were got into an accident.
Sid-How bad is it?
Vikas-I don't know bhai i think we might need to fly there because they aren't telling me anything properly.
Sid-So let's fly.
Vikas-Han main bas bdi maa se baat karke puchta hun k konsa hospital hai.
Sid-Go ahead...ek second..kya?
Vikas-What?
Sid-Accident kiska hua hai vikas.
Vikas-Meri mom ka sidharth, i told you na maa is in hospital.
Oh god...sidharth was so dumb.
Vikas calls her bdi maa obviously, it wasn't his mother,it was choti maa.
God they really needed to go see what was going on.
Sid-Maa theek hai?Meri mom i mean.
Vikas-No she is hurt as well but she has scrapes and bruises only,maa was brutally hurt because she was by the window where the truck banged with the car.
Vikas was getting a bit emotional.
Sidharth comforted him and said
"don't worry bhai,it will all be fine okay...you get the tickets,i will be back from office in 2 or 3 hours and then we can leave alright"
Vikas nodded and sidharth went back to his car.
He decided to go to his office in order to hand the reigns over for few days.
Sidharth reached office, he called the staff in and assigned the duties to each and everyone of them individually.
He signed a few things and after he felt like he was okay to leave,sidharth ran back to home so that they can leave for the airport.
Sid was on the wheel when his phone pinged and the text appeared on the screen.
"You busy"?
He couldn't reply so he avoided it.
And then an image appeared which he downloaded ofcourse but didn't watch as he got a call from vikas right at that moment.
Vikas- Tickets hogyi hain bhai,tu ghar aaja i will breif you on everything.
Media found out as well, its all over the internet.
These fucking idiots don't even care if its a sensitive issue.Jldi nikalte hain.
Sidharth disconnected and prayed for the safety of both the women.
Hopefully nothing bad will happen to choti maa.
What sidharth wasn't able to understand was,why and where were they driving to from the ashram?
Sidharth is not particularly religious but he knows a thing or two about the ashram and he knows his mom and choti maa both have room inside the premise.
Was it really an accident?
Or the person who was out to harm him was out to get the people he loves now.
While thinking about this being true,sidharth's mind immediately went to sana.
What if she is targeted next?
Oh God..he doesn't even wanna go there mentally.
It will be a downward spiral from there.
Sidharth was sure he was being paranoid. But just to be safe he fished his phone out and texted aayush to run this through his network and see if he finds something fishy about this whole incident.
He was home now and vikas told him the flight leaves in 3 hrs so they still have time to spare.
He went straight to his bedroom with a juice glass.
Sidharth hasn't eaten anything and he knows once they land there he won't be able to eat anything immediately as well ,so he was just trying to eat something to be sure of not fainting with the amount of stress he is in.
He looked at the watch and opened his phone while having it.
Sidharth saw Sana's call and he dialed her in an instant.
Sid-Hello love.
Sana-Hey.
Soooo....you checked the internet this morning?
Sid-Aah yea..why do you ask?
Sana-Kaaya informed me just now and i looked it up.
Its all over internet sidharth..fuck.
Sid-Damn it angel,i had no idea you know i didn't wanna worry you...that's why i didn't call you.
Sana-You knew before me that means?
Sid-Yea vikas called me when i was with you,that is why i left early.
Sana-Oh,okay...i am worried sidharth.
I mean its not that serious but its still pretty bad.What do you think?
Sid-Yea its shocking but i am holding up pretty fine....and honestly we don't know how bad it is actually until we have the full information...this can be serious.
Sana-Yea you are right...you are okay about it right?
Sid- Not really but i try to stay on the positive side of things you know,Are you worried?

Sid-Actually babe,i am flying for Assam in few hrs from now.

Sidharth was expecting sana to be a bit more sympathetic, she was being so weird about this but maybe that is how she is around tragic news.He didn't wanna think about it.
He disconnected and went downstairs to call vikas so that they can catch the flight.
And just like that both of them started driving to the airport so that they can go and see their injured mothers but one more injured than the other

Shehnaaz opened her eyes only to see the other side of her bed empty.
Well that's rude, she thought to herself.
Just because we made up ,he left without even saying goodbye.
Hmm maybe some work emergency.
Sana decided that she will not dwell on it and picked up her phone to call sidharth when she saw 8 missed calls from K.
She knows something is up and sana wasted no time in calling her back.
K-Hello.
Sana-Hey kaaya,what's wrong?
K-Sana i need to talk to you,its important.
Sana-Ghar aaja na yar puch kya rahi hai.
K-No i thought tu sidharth ke sath hogi.
Sana-No he left early.
K*interrupts*Chal nahi hai toh let me come home and then we can talk..i am worried dude.
Sana was confused as to what K was saying but she decided to complete her morning routine first and that is exactly what she did.
As sana was lathering herself with lotion after her bath,she heard footsteps outside.
Kaaya entered the bedroom and hugged sana.
Sana-Why you look so glum?
K-Yar i was busy finding that spot you told me you needed for the next shoot remember.
So i went ahead and decided to check a few locations.As i was there, i got this text message from my dumb assistant that said
"A picture has been circulating of you and sidharth in a very inappropriate position..although its not exactly clear that its you guys"
She fished her phone out and showed sana the picture.
She was straddling him in his car and it actually looked really bad.
Sana*a bit tense*What the hell?We have been so careful with eveything. How did this even happen?
K-Well paps are mean sometimes and there is a chance this is some dumb teenager with a smartphone you know.
Sana-Well what can we do?Can't we file a complaint or something?Or ask him to take it down.
God kaaya you know i hate this breach of privacy and that is the exact reason i wanted us to stay a secret.
Fucking people ruin everything, this is not okay bro.
K-Yea i know...but if we try anything through proper channel, it confirms that this is you,if you won't react ye cheez prove karegi k maybe this is not you.
K looked at sana's expressions and realized she was going into the overthinking mode anytime now.
Sana-Find the guy and offer him money to take down the picture.
K-Saying what?Confirm toh usse bhi ho jayega na that its you and who knows they might use it to their advantage.
Sana-Okay what if we ask someone who is not linked to us for help.
Like they can scare the man to take it down with big words or atleast make him say,its not me...i don't understand, they take my name and don't even guess who the man is.
K-I know it was weird to me as well,because they used the word alleged for you as well but don't even bother guessing the man with you.
Sana-Yea almost like they just wanted me to be embarrassed.
K-Damn it,what if that is true.
Sana-Han?
K-What if that is the reason, what if its a rival and not some pap who did this for the money.
Sana-Really?I barely know anyone in Industry Kaaya,why would anyone wanna risk their image to mess with mine.
K-That is the question isn't it,wait let me ask my friend for help.
He helps me with internet stuff all the time okay,wait.
She called someone and talked to them for quite a while.
And sana picked her phone up to text sidharth, she doesn't like when anything of this sort happens.
She texted him a simple
"You busy"?
He wasn't replying so sana sent him a screenshot of the article circulating like crazy.
It was seen but he didn't reply.
Oh God sana thought to herself.
He must be pissed off as well.
She was about to type something else when kaaya came back into the room.
K-He said its easy to find out who uploaded it first if not clicked it.
So we will wait for him to call us back with the information and then you decide how you wanna play it.
Sana nodded and still was tensed.
K-Sana,are you worried because you don't want to go public or is this your image thing again?
Sana-What do you mean?
K-I mean we might have these situations frequently if you and sid are dating now.
Won't it just be better if you come out in public with your relationship so that these idiot leaks won't matter anymore.
Sana-No k,this is not the time and definitely not the way i imagined i will let anyone know....I told you already they will ruin everything.
K-So you don't plan on being public with him?
Sana-No i do ofcourse but not right now,i need more time.
K-Okay but please think about what i just said.
They will keep guessing who the guy is and as much as i like you like this, you know emotional and all,i know all this worries you.

Kaaya got a call from the man and talked to him for a while and then briefed sana.
K-So he said he tried to talked to the dude who uploaded it first and he is the guy who clicked it as well .
He said he has a lot more of them to sell if kabir wanted them.
Sana-What the fuck.
K-Yea i know its bad,listen what if we buy all of them.from him and then destroy them.
Sana-No,kya guarantee hai k wo apne paas save nahi karega koi bhi meri ya sidharth ki image.
Tell kabir k kuch na kare...i think this alleged thing is the saving grace.
I won't claim it simple.
K-And what if he posts another one?
Sana-He can't outright claim its me...if he does that i will tear him apart.
Legally as well as in person.
These people don't understand privacy or what?
K-Have you told sidharth?
Sana-I texted him the picture, he didn't reply. He never leaves me on read K,he must be angry with this as well.
K-Well then you should talk to him about this,it will put your mind at ease.
Sana dialled sidharth at once and talked for sometime while K was sitting there.
And we all know how that conversation went.
Sana disconnected and said
"Sidharth was being weird about it K,you think he feels like its okay to be public like this"?
K-I don't know but i know for a fact that you have a problem with going public but he doesn't.
I have talked to him about this indirectly so many times,he is ready.
Sana-Really?
K-Ofcourse ,his exact words were
"Finally the men will stop hitting on her to some extent atleast and i will be able to breathe a bit better"
Sana*smiling*That does sound like sidharth.
K-Yea...why did you say he was being weird then?
Sana-Arey i assumed that he must have seen the picture, which he said he has and he also said it is serious .
Mtlb mujhe calm karne k bjaye he said
"It can be serious..and that vikas told him before you told me.....fir wo busy hai and he is leaving for Assam in 2 hrs so..maybe work stress mein usko ye big deal nahi lg ra hoga"
K-Yea maybe.
Sana-No something doesn't add up K.
He was worried lekin bol kuch aur hi raha tha.
Do you think he feels me being worried is a sign that i am not ready for a commitment or something???
Sana's paranoia of fucking things up by being her damaged self was hitting the roof now.
K-Well...we have a solution for all this babe.

K-Lets go catch him at the airport.
Sana-Wow and let the paps have a field day,after that picture no thank you.
K was about to suggest something when her phone went off.
Sana was talking still when k said
"Hold on..i think i know what happened"
Sana-Huh?
Kaaya turned the article around on her phone and sana read all of it.
And the guilt hit her in waves.
Sana-Holy fuck..And here i was trying to talk to him about a fucking blur picture while he was going through this.
He must've thought i was talking about this news.God damn it K.....i behaved so poorly.
I wanna talk to him right now.
She called sidharth again but he didn't pick up.
Sana dialed vikas next and he also didn't pick up.
K-What's wrong?
Sana-Both of them are not answering their phone.
K-Well i still think we can catch them at the airport.
Sana-I will be honest with you...i kind of care less about the paps right now and more about letting my man know that it is a big deal and what i was saying was not in regards to his problem but this dumb picture incident.
Kaaya was so happy watching sana grow emotionally with sidharth .
The woman she was friends with would not have given a single fuck about his problems if her pictures were on the internet but its amazing how that is not even the last of the thing she is worried about right now.
She picked her car keys up and said
"Wear a hoodie,we will take my car and obviously we gonna catch them outside the airport"
What time does the flight leave??
Sana-2 hrs probably
K-Well then,be ready to see fast and desperately furious.
K didn't even wait for Sana's approval and was out the door.
Sana grabbed the first Billie Ellish hoodie she found and ran to the car.
She wants to be a good girlfriend and that starts today.
When they were driving the same voices thing was happening to sana.
Good side said
"You have to tell him that there is nothing to worry about her and she is extremely sorry about his mother and vikas's mother ofcourse, its a good thing that you are going"
But the bitch side said
"You are being weird babe...he didn't pick calls because he is too busy in his head,you going there is just a bother"
And both of them kept arguing about it until they arrived at the parking.
Sana-Okay so what should we do now?
He is not picking up so how are we getting to him?A banner that says
"Over here sidharth..come to mama"?
K-Ooo that sounds hot...but i was thinking i would go and talk to him...i am dialing his driver right now.
Sana-You have his driver's contact???
K-Well you have your connections,i have mine.
Sana-You go girl,now get me my man.
K stepped outside the car and dialed his driver's number...the talent of kaaya with people always comes in handy.
K talked to the driver and told him to park in section E.
She waved at sana and showed her phone.
Sana dialed kaaya's number and she picked up.
"Listen babe...i will tell sidharth to go talk to you in the car okay...keep that hoodie on and make sure the windows are closed"
Sana-Okay but where will you go?
K-Oh there is someone i would like to talk to as well.
K was determined to be the better person and comfort vikas.
But don't be fooled,she was doing this to have an upper hand in the situation.She wanted to be the nice person so that he can cry about what he lost.
Sana saw as she talked to sidharth who by the way looked really serious.
He walked to where kaaya's car was parked and knocked on the window.
Sana opened it and as soon as sidharth sat inside,she hugged him.
Sidharth was already emotional about the situation and he actually needed that hug so he held on to her for as long as she offered.
Sid-I am happy you decided to surprise me like this, i really wanted to see you before leaving.
Sana-Me too,i thought you might need some love right now.
Sid-I did.
The hug ended and now they were just sitting holding hands when sana said
"So i know about the accident"
Sid-Yea,you told me over the phone remember, that is why we are here angel.
Sana-No actually that is exactly what i am trying to make you understand.
She explained to him about the whole situation and how she was talking about the picture incident while he was talking about the accident .
Sid-What picture?
Sana-Wait a second.
She found it and showed it to him.
Sidharth took a good look at the picture and said
"This is you but i am not even visible"
Sana-Exactly, they knew it was me,maybe you weren't visible to the photographer as well.
Sid-Highly unlikely but this can wait i suppose.
Sana-Yea i know it can,its hard for me because i hate explaining myself to people but i am good at dodging questions i don't wanna answer so basically i will be fine.
Sid-So being public is okay with you?
Sana-No.
Sidharth didn't like how fast she discarded the idea.
Sana-You need to be with your mother right now and so does vikas...so this can wait okay,we will talk about this once you will come back.
Sid-Alright.
Sana kissed him softly and he responded with fervor.
She was being this sweet girlfriend and sidharth was so much in gratitude right now.
Lord knows if she would be worried about that picture sidharth might have other things to worry about along with his mother and vikas's mom.
Sid-Okay,i think i need to leave now but i will try to talk to you as much as possible okay.
Sana-It is fine babe,i understand it can be difficult. Please go and take care of your mom.

With this they bid goodbye and sidharth set out on a journey to find out just what exactly happened.

Kaaya came back looking a little better than she was before,which made sana sigh in relief.
Sana-What a surprise...you don't look pissed off at all.
K-Why would i be?I just wanted to let him know that i am a nice person who wishes his mom will be okay and if he needs to talk to me he can,you know even though we are broken up.
Sana-And that worked?
K-Umm not quite,but it did what i hoped.
I got through to him and that is exactly what i hoped for.
Sana-For him to come to you when he is miserable?
K-No sana,for him to know that relationship or no relationship i will.always be there for him.
Sana-Damn K that was really sweet of you.
K-You know i loved him right and when you told me about the thing he said to sidharth. I realized that my family might be the one responsible instead of him.And i decided what actually needs to be corrected.
Sana-You will talk to your family and get vikas back?
K-Oh no baby,he still left me.I mean this all could've been avoided if he would've told me what my mom said to him.
I don't want him back but i want to give an earful to my family...kyunki is bat se farak nahi pdta k ldka kon hai ,they will always try to ruin it for me.
So i am going to work on the permanent problem instead of a man that chose the easy way out.
Sana-Sacrifice isn't easy K.
K-And leaving someone you love is?
I am sorry but i warned him about my family.Leaving me out of his trust circle was his decision.
I don't need a man that thinks he needs to sacrifice in order to be with me.I can handle my family, he underestimated me,his loss.
Sana looked at K and realized that she was hurt and this was her way of getting over someone.
Even though she still won't let her be over vikas but sana understands why K is behaving this way.
So with the new found respect for her friend,both of them drove away from the airport to carry on with whatever life has thrown their way and as for sana that picture really faded into the background when she realized there are so many other things to worry about and this is not of them.
As for sidharth and vikas in that plane, it was all getting more and more complicated and sidharth was praying to God that when he finally arrives at the hospital, he finds the answers he really needed.
Well,one can only hope!!!
