Ann Takamaki: the older sister to Maka, Ann is a unique Meister. When her parents divorced, she changed her last name and chose to stay close to her sister, but not either of her parents. She's intelligent and a skilled fighter, but can easily take down any opponent who tries to attack her. And, she hates perverts.
Cole Shimada: partnered with Ann, Cole has the same special power as well. Both his parents are teachers at the school with his father in history, and his mother a nurse. As a child, Cole lost something important to him, and resulted in him learning new ways to move in the world around him. However, a certain black haired weapon partner might help him move on from the trauma.

This has been something I had in the back of my mind for a while. While most of my focus is on DVNT and planing Knight of the Storm, I wanted to get started on a few other books I've been thinking about. I'm hoping not to drag them out too much like I did before.
