The afterglow of love making was so visible on Sana's face.
It caused issues ofcourse, the work environment was ruined.
And if that wasn't enough, she had love bites scattered all over her body.
At one point sana had to wear a slit gown and her inner thigh had a red mark which was so hard to explain to any of the makeup artist except her asking politely if it could be covered.
She was mad at sidharth for not being so careful but,when she scolded him in the break time sana was shown just a beautiful view of his back where he had so many claw marks its was embarrassing.
Sid just replied to this with his usual cockiness
"Well,i was going to ask you how was your experience, but again...we all have the proof,asking you will be embarrassing"
All she could say in return was "shut up"
Sidharth was so very much enjoying looking at her awkward face.
While spitting instructions he will causally make her uncomfortable with some snippet from previous night.
For example, there was a shot for which she needed to be on the floor and sidharth shouted directions at her
"Miss gill can you please bend you right leg a bit,yes very nice, now stretch the other to the side, the little bit....perfect"
She wanted to punch him ofcourse, but bechari sana apna professional mode off nahi karna chahti thi.

Sid-Ofcourse, i will manage.
He winked at her and she fake gagged at his face.
After the shoot was over officially, sidharth called sana in to sign a few documents.

As soon as she entered he locked the door behind her.
Sidharth nuzzled his nose in her neck and inhaled deeply.
"Ummm..god i love your scent..what was it again"?
Sana-Lemon verberna.
Sid kissed her neck softly and she moaned.
He chuckled and said
"Your neck smells different from the rest of your body,you are such a goddess i swear"
She pressed her fingers in his hair and he kissed her.
Against the door,with her hair bunched up and his one has slithering on her bare thigh.
She playfully bit his tongue and he gasped.
He raised his eyebrows and she sheepishly smiled
"Sorry,got carried away"
Sid kissed her forehead and unlocked the door.
He joined there foreheads and whispered
"When am i going get you all for myself, i know we both have things to do but please doll,can you take some time off for me?we can go on a vacation together?"
Sana-I want to,but there are a few things i wanna sort out first...so let me get them over with first okay!
And maybe after that we can plan the vacay.
She kissed his cheeks and walked to the table.
Sidharth sat on the opposite side of her and said
"Well now that the project is over,we will throw a launch party and you are not allowed to bring any dates"
Sana*smiling*I wasn't gonna bring any sidharth, its okay for me to be with you in your party,its suspicious if i do it in other invites as well.
Sid-But i hope that is not how its going to be forever?
He sounded insecure ofcourse, but he was concerned more than insecure.
Sana*deep thinking *To be honest,i am trying to live life one day at a time with you and haven't thought the steps through but i promise you will be the first to notice as soon as i am ready.
He smiled at that and they started talking about something both of them were curious about.
Sana-Is vikas alright?
Sid -No,kaaya?
Sana-No idea,her WhatsApp status says,

which by the way is her SOS message.
Sid-What could've happened over that family dinner?
Sana-We can't guess....i was hoping vikas will talk.
Sid-Kahan yar,i asked him today how the date went,he just grunted and said he doesn't wanna talk about it.
Sana-When i went home,i was expecting her to be there already but she wasn't....which is so unlike her,i am worried.
Sid-Relax,i am sure its some petty fight.
Sana-Remember when we used to have those?

Sana threw a band at him and he laughed.
Sana-Anyways,i have to leave for home,haven't slept much last night.

She pushed her body forward on the table and took all of her hair to one side and sidharth lost it at that.

He looked at sana and she looked at the floor the whole time.

Sid kissed her hand and she stood up from her chair.
Sana-Okay then,we can make plans tomorrow and may be if you play your cards right,we can bring that fantasy of yours to life.

Sana-Night time sidharth,when no one is here!!!

She laughed at his silly face and left for home.

Sana went straight home to have a nice bath and ofcourse to sing,its been a long time,she was over there with sidharth for three nights in a row and it was a bit overwhelming for her,ofcourse she used to come back to her house early morning before anyone in the office arrived.
She will be working in the same place that she slept in and something about that kept disturbing her.
She loves sidharth, ofcourse but does that mean she trusts him???
For now sana says yes,but the fact that he knows so much about her and has never questioned her about her family really helps her feel better.
Sana has been without love for so long,she has no idea how to contain all of it when he throws it her way and what will happen when he stops?Or worse,decides she isn't worth it?
Sana was scared because she was beginning to like how her life was right now.
She was so happy with this new confidence she has started to develop in sidharth.
He was so patient with her and never forced out anything she wouldn't tell him.
Maybe she can trust him.Shriya always keeps saying how sana needs to talk to someone about her past and how she still is haunted by it and she finally feels like there is a man she can trust with her life.
She was trying to contemplate it,it was so funny to her how few months ago she was ready to swear off men forever and now here she is saying i love you to a man almost every chance she gets.
Life is so unpredictable .
Sana stood up from the tub and rinsed herself off.She cleaned herself up and walked downstairs to see what was for dinner.
She opened the fridge and saw that badi maa has dinner prepared.
Sana thanked her in her head and microwaved some of it.
When it was ready, she took some out on a plate while pouring herself something to drink.
Sana sat outside with her food and her phone in one hand.She wanted to put something on her tv to watch before she starts eating and when she found the movie prestige she clicked on it so fast.
Who wouldn't love some Christian Bale while eating right.

As she was enjoying this me time,her mind went to kaaya and sana knew she needs to talk to her and find out what is going on.
Sana finished eating and switched the movie off.
She dialed kaaya and waited for her to pick up.

K-Yea.
Sana-What is going on?Haven't heard from you in a while,all good,you are fine right?
K-Nope...nothing is good,everything is shit including my life,more precisely my love life...so no sana i am not fucking fine.
Sana-Uff....you sound like there is a lot you need to talk.

Sana-Liquor might,come on...bring shriya and booze and I will find something for us to binge watch.

She disconnected and decided to utilize the time, until the girls are here.
Sana shuffled her playlist and boomed the magic of Florence Welch through her speakers .
(One of the most underrated but magical voices with music that makes your soul dance,i listen to her everytime i am driving alone...her voice is pure sorcery)
She kept herself busy in the music and that would've continued for a long time unless the girls came.
But she was interrupted by sidharth calling her.
Sana-Hello.
Sid-Hey angel,i hope i haven't disturbed you.
Sana-No actually i was waiting for kaaya to come.
Sid-Isn't that vikas's job???
Sana-Babe.

With the phone call ending sana decided to dedicate the rest of the night to kaaya and whatever issues she is having with vikas at this point.

Sana saw her slumping on a bean bag and not even saying anything to her.
She knows it is bad because usually kaaya is all talk as soon as she sits down.
Sana was waiting for her to say something and when she saw nothing happening,she asked shriya softly

Shriya-2 din se puch ri hun,honestly i am done, ab tu try kar le..all she says is men are trash.
Sana-Well that is normal kaaya,but i think its serious.
Shriya-Bro i have no idea,infact i was going to sleep kyunki she keeps crying at night,main kal.se thoda sa bhi soyi nahi hun.
Sana gave her a sympathy hug and said
"Go sleep in the guest bedroom then,idr tujhe neend nahi aane wali,you should sleep now,sure hai thoda bhi drink nahi karni hai"?
Shriya-Na i just wanna sleep,i am good.
She left and sana sat down with two beer cans and passed one on to her.
K-I need something stronger than a beer sana,this is a scotch problem.
Sana stood up and bought with her a bottle of scotch, and two glasses.
She poured kaaya one drink and was about to add ice to it but she gulped down it.
Sana wanted to say something but held her tongue back.
She poured another, and kaaya gulped that down as well.
Sana-K,that's it.What the hell is going on with you?Tu devdasi kyun bn ri hai?
What the hell.
K-not ready to talk yet,just pour me another,fucking hell.
Sana decided to finally give in to kaaya's whims and passed her the bottle.
While kaaya was drowning herself, sana texted sidharth
"Its a mess here,i hope your talk with vikas is a lot better"
She kept the phone aside and started waiting for kaaya to finally be ready to scream out whatever was bothering her.
She saw kaaya take a swig and then make a face so bad,it looked like her insides were on fire and not in a good way.
Sana-Now can we talk?
K kept the bottle down and looked at shehnaaz in a way that told her,this was about to be some serious relevation and something was telling her it won't be a positive one,so sana braced herself for the impact of what was about to come next.
K-Vikas and I broke up.
Sana-Excuse me?
K-Yea,same here.
Sana-What the hell happened?
K-What the hell happened???My cursed luck happened, that's what happened. For the first time in forever i found a man i actually like and eveything was perfect but it all just had to burn down.

She was going for another swig when sana took the bottle away from her.

I kept asking and asking but he gave no answer.
And then i told him to shove the gift he got me where the sun don't shine and came back to my apartment.

I gave so much of my efforts to a relationship that had no future.

And sana once again realized how you can think you know a person but it can always backfire in your face.

She tried to bring her mind back to the positive side and decided,no....no more sabotaging this relationship to feel secure.

Vikas called in sick and was refusing to meet sidharth.
He knows he will have to talk to him pretty soon but it will have to wait for now.
He decided to put a pause on them and think of what sana instructed him yesterday.
Sidharth was on it ofcourse,he was waiting for sana to text him as to where their date is going to be.
This was pretty exciting for him...and the thrill of not knowing was nice as well.
He has instructed Bella to get those files from his study and to tell Miss gill to talk to him as they have some unfinished business.
Now all that's left to do was wait for his lady.
The time kept passing by and now it was evening.
Sidharth looked like a kid waiting for sana right now.
She has texted him only once in reply to his 100s..and it just said
"Patience baby"
Which by the way is the worst thing you can say to a man waiting for a treat.
He wasn't able to concentrate on anything right now so he just kept the file under his table and commed bella.
"Bella,bring all the other files and keep them on my desk in about five minutes, i need a break"
Bella-All right sir.
Sidharth loosened his tie and went inside the washroom to freshen up a bit.
He combed his hair and washed his face and jumped when he saw sana on his table with her legs crossed in a classy way looking at her.

Sana-Bella let me in,she is coming with all those files you asked for so i better sit properly.
She jumped off the table and stood next to a pretty happy sidharth.
Sana-So,ready to know where are we going for a date???
Sid-Ofcourse, i have been dying to know.
Sana -How about you go up and change into something more casual than your suit and then we can go.

Sana smiled and he left for the penthouse.
She was sitting in a chair thinking,how he will be surprised once he sees there is a clue hunt that will.lead him to the roof top where sana has prepared a kickass romantic dinner and decorations...it was so tumblr,it hurt her to look at it.But it was fun as well.
She was going to make a late entrance on the roof when he will find just where they are going to have dinner....the first clue should be in his hands by now.
Bella came all of a sudden and dropped the files on his table.
Bella-Do you need me to call sir,mam?
Sana-No actually, he told me he will be back in few seconds so i am.just waiting.
Bella-Oh,okay.Can i get you anything?
Sana-No thankyou.
Bella left,and her phone rang.
Sid-You devil, what is all this?
Sana-What do you mean???
Sid-There is a post it on my bedroom door saying"welcome to stage 1"
And when i opened that,it pointed towards the wardrobe.
So,i found another clue there,what is going on???
Sana-That my love is a clue hunt for you to figure out where we are going to be eating today and ofcourse have a romantic evening, after everyone will leave in half an hour or so.
Sid-Ooh..i love challenges...one question though,how???
Sana*smiling*Thankyou for giving me your spare key and having cameras everywhere but not inside your home.
Sid*smiling*I can't wait to figure it out and kiss you,you will be there right?
Sana-Just a text that you got it,and i will.leave here right now.
Sid-Okay then doll,i will see you as soon as possible...can i get a hint though?
Sana-Ummm....its a place you love and also a view that is your top ten.

She disconnected the phone and smiled to herself.
Just 15 minutes more and she will.leave making some excuse and meeting him on the roof,which no one has an access to.
This was going to be perfect.

As soon as sidharth figured out where the dinner is,he texted her and rushed to the top.
He had a key with which he opened the door and saw the most beautiful decorations and dinner platter covered with lids and scattered rose petals with few unlit candles.
Sidharth was so overwhelmed, he kept waiting for her to enter anytime through the roof door now,so that he can hug her and kiss her and tell her how much this means to him but she never came.He kept standing there and saw the sealed food getting cold as well but she never came.
He waited for another half an hour and then called her multiple times,she wasn't answering at first and then started going straight to her voicemail.
This was not right,something is up with her.
Sidharth rushed downstairs, to stop at bella's desk and ask panting
"Bella, is Miss Gill in there"?
Bella-Actually no sir,she left 20 minutes ago...in quite hurry actually.
Sid was losing his mind now.Why would she do that?
He walked into his cabin thinking what the hell actually happened and why wasn't she answering her phone when he saw the answer lying down on his table.
"IT WAS HER INVESTIGATION FILE FROM THE DETECTIVE"
How did this happen???This file wasn't supposed to be here...what the fuck and why was this file on top???
He looked closely to see the page she read and realized just how big of a fuck up this is....she read the controversy page that had all her issues from the past.
Oh god,this was a huge mistake and he prays he gets to apologize to her in face before she decides that she is done with him.
Sidharth was on the verge of tears,he threw the file on the floor and called Kaaya
"Hello K,is sana there with you guys"???
K-What??She isn't with you?
Sid-She was but now she isn't.
K-This is not okay sidharth, her location is off and sana never does that,she knows how much it scares us,she will never do that unless something really bad happened.
K heard sidharth's worry and she asked
"Sidharth,,what the hell did you do with my friend "
And with a heavy heart sidharth replied
"I think i broke her trust kaaya"!!!!
