Third Persons POV
Another normal day, at Heavens Arena, in (Y/N)'s hotel room. Hisoka's fight with Gon is just around the corner, and (Y/N) couldn't find a solution to kick him out of her room. Now, she could just beat him up, like usual...
But like she hasn't tried that already.. So she just let's him lounge around. Today, (Y/N), Hisoka and Illumi, are sitting on the couch, watching television. But something wasn't quite right today..
Hisoka and Illumi haven't talked since they've walked in. And they've also been giving (Y/N) weird looks. Not bad looks, but faces that intrigued her. (Y/N) kept wondering if those two were up to something.
So all she has to do is just sit back, relax, and wait for the moment when Hisoka and Illumi break out into a fight. As they were watching television, (Y/N) fell asleep, due to Hisoka picking a really cheesy, comedy movie.
About an hour later, she got woken up by a predictable situation. "Be quiet! Can't you see that (Y/N) is sleeping?" Illumi pushes Hisoka away from them. "Well, now she's awake~" Hisoka smirks and points at the woman, rubbing her tired eyes.
Hisoka sticks his tongue out at Illumi, blaming him for waking you up. "Honestly, your both too loud." (Y/N) does a quiet yawn, making the two boys blush at her cuteness. "I probably wouldn't have fallen asleep, if Hisoka didn't choose one of those cheesy old timers."
(Y/N) cuddles with Inuki, who is sleeping in her lap. "It's a classic, my dear~ Why spend so much time watching the originals, when you can just watch the works that people put together back in the day~?"
Hisoka chuckles and goes to sit next to (Y/N). "How was your sleep, my beauty~?" He smiles and tucks a strand of (h/c) behind her ear. "It was okay.." (Y/N) stretches her arms and looks at Hisoka. "Your tastes in movie genres aren't all that good." She sighs and pets Inuki.
Hisoka playfully rolls his eyes and smirks. "So, how would you like to go out with me this Saturday~?" He puts his arm around her. "I'd rather get eaten by the Great Stamp." (Y/N) throws Hisoka off of her and goes to get a snack from the kitchen.
"Don't even try that in front of me." Illumi glares down at him. "What do you mean~?" Hisoka stuck with his personality, but he was secretly ticked off by Illumi getting in his business. "What's your business with (Y/N) anyway?" Illumi growls a little.
"Isn't it obvious~?" Hisoka shrugs his shoulder and looks at (Y/N) from the small kitchen window. "All I want..is for my greatest pleasures to come true, when I see (Y/N) buckle to her knees and look up at me, with a special glow in her eyes~"
Hisoka moans a little and covers his lap with his hands. "Honestly, you make me sick." Illumi scoffs and kicks the couch Hisoka is sitting on. "You know..it takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.."
Hisoka gets up and walks towards Illumi. "But it only takes a moment for a strong opponent to turn into a corpse." He pulls a card out to Illumi's neck. "I don't care if this fight gets physical. Just stay away from (Y/N)."
Illumi pulls out a pin. "There's nothing good around here. I'm going out to eat." (Y/N) comes back in and catches them. "What are you two doing?" She comes back in, wearing a kimono and her hair is up in a bun.
"Nothing." They both sigh and put their weapons away. "Well, I'm hungry, you're free to join me if you want." She walks out of their awkward situation and looks down at Inuki. "Be a good boy, Inuki. I'll bring something back for you." He licks her face and barks.
She grabs her stuff and walks out the front door, with Hisoka and Illumi pushing and tripping each other, while following behind her. "Where exactly are we going~?" Hisoka smiles and catches up to her.
"There's this festival going on tonight. So I wanted to go." (Y/N) drools a little and thinks of all the food she's going to get. "Try not to get to excited, my dear~☆" Hisoka chuckles and dodges one of Illumi's pins.
"I would like to try some of your cooking again. If you don't mind?" Illumi asks, trying to flirt with you. "You really enjoyed my cooking?" (Y/N) thinks back to the hunter exam. "Yes, very much so." Illumi says, in his normal, yet flirty tone of voice.
(Y/N) blushes and looks straight. "I don't mind cooking for you then." She twirls her hair a little. Hisoka notices and glares at Illumi, who is smirking at him in victory. Hisoka rolls his eyes and tries to think of a distraction.
They continue to walk around, until Hisoka spots a booth full of bouquets. He smirks and quickly walks over and buys a rose. "Here you are, my dear~♡" Hisoka interrupts their conversation and gives (Y/N) the rose.
"What are you playing at, Hisoka?" (Y/N) glares at him, not in the mood for another one of his tactics. "No troubles for you today, my dear~ Just enjoy the rose~" Hisoka creases her cheek and continues walking beside her.
(Y/N) blushes and holds to rose, carefully admiring every petal. "Well..thank you, I guess.." Hisoka smirks and glances at Illumi for a second. "You're quite welcome~☆" Illumi scowls and looks away.
Once they've arrived at their destination, they begin to look around. "So, what's so special about this place, that made you want us to wear kimonos~?" Hisoka sits down on a bench and looks around at the scenery.
"I've never been to a festival before. I just wanted to try something new." (Y/N) shrugs her shoulders and eats some soba she got from a booth. "Was it necessary to wear these things?" Illumi looks down and inspects his kimono. "Yes, it's tradition to wear these."
(Y/N) sighs and pulls out a hair clip that looks like one of Illumi's pins. "Lighten up a bit.. Besides, the fireworks are the best part of the festival." She smiles and gives Illumi the hair clip. He blushes and tries the clip on.
"Oh, look, they have chocolate coated fruit." (Y/N) jumps up and runs towards the booth. "I've never seen her this excited." Illumi points out and leans back. "Yes, it's almost amusing~" Hisoka chuckles and admires the kimono (Y/N) made for him.
"Might as well enjoy it~ We should have a nice night to relax~" Hisoka smiles and eats a dango. "I suppose." Illumi sighs and tries one of those, cheap festival treats. "You guys want one?" (Y/N) comes back with three chocolate covered bananas. "Sure~"
Hisoka smiles and takes one. "Illumi?" (Y/N) hands him one. He hesitantly bites it.. "Not bad." He takes another bite. "I've been wanting to try one of these for a while." (Y/N) giggles and licks the chocolate off her lips.
"Well, someone's excited to be here~" Hisoka chuckles and sucks on the banana. "Don't suck the fun out of it." (Oof. No pun intended😝) (Y/N) grouches and continues to eat. "They have pudding samples."
(Y/N) points to a booth and runs towards it. "How can someone be this happy?" Illumi sighs, still monotone about the whole event. "It is enjoyable to see that look on her face~" Hisoka smiles and follows her.
Illumi slips out a small smile and gets up from the bench. "You're right." Illumi catches up to them and tries to enjoy the activities.

For the rest of the evening, (Y/N) has been dragging Hisoka and Illumi to places, and trying out different foods. Hisoka kept winning (Y/N) small gifts from games, as Illumi tried having conversations with (Y/N) that made her blush multiple times.
Hisoka and Illumi have been trying to impress (Y/N) all night. But they can't seem to put aside their little rivalry to enjoy the festivities. "Can we go back now?" Illumi wasn't really fond of Hisoka getting in his way. "Not yet, Illumi. The fireworks will start soon."
(Y/N) stuffs her face with more snacks. "Here's another prize for you, darling~☆" Hisoka smiles and gives her a small heart keychain. "Hisoka, honestly, you're trying to hard." (Y/N) giggles and thanks him for the gift.
"There's a hill just about over there. It's a great place to watch the fireworks." (Y/N) points to a corner, where a giant tree is shown above the booths. "Well then, what are we waiting for~?" Hisoka chuckles, as they begin to make their way towards the tree.
"Hey, (Y/N)-San!" A familiar voice calls from the hill. "Oh, Gon, Killua." (Y/N) smiles and walks towards them. "How are you two doing this evening?" (Y/N) asks, and begins a conversation with them.
"It's awesome! I've never been to a festival before. So, Killua and I decided to go." Gon smiles and turns to Killua. "Today's been really fun spending time with my best friend." Gon smiles, as Killua blushes and turns away.
"What about you? Did you have fun, (Y/N)-San?" Gon smiles and looks up at her. "It's been really fun. And the snacks were so good." (Y/N)'s eyes sparkle at the thought of all the food she's tried. "Here you go."
(Y/N) smiles and gives the boys fun-shaped chocolates. "Wow, thanks a lot." Gon smiles, as Killua munches on the treat. "Did you come to the festival by yourself?" Gon asks her. "Oh, no, these two were kind enough to tag along with me."
(Y/N) steps aside, to show Hisoka and Illumi. "Huh? Those two are the least you'd expect to come to a festival!" Killua points out and glares at his brother. "I know, but they wanted to join me." (Y/N) waves them over to join them.
"Such a coincidence bumping into you here~" Hisoka chuckles and sits next to Gon. (Y/N) sighs and separates them by sitting between. While Illumi sits next to his brother. "Hey, Kil." He says, calmly, as Killua looks the other way.
"Uh...hey.." Killua was still shaken up about what happened back at the hunter exam, including all the training sessions he had with (Y/N) for the past month. Illumi sighs and goes lost in thought. "Gon's right..."
Killua looks up at him, with a surprised face. "I really am not qualified to be your big brother.." Killua stares at him in disbelief. "Well, of course he's right." Killua returns back to his normal state. "I'm only going to say this once. So don't go on telling mom and dad."
Illumi strictly says, as Killua mumbles a response to go ahead. "You're a nuisance, but you're still my little brother. You can go on and make friends, but I don't want to see your face back at the family estate ever again. I don't want you getting tortured. You've already been through enough as it is."
Illumi puts his hand on Killua's head and ruffles his hair. "You're a good kid, Kil.. Which is why I don't want anything bad happening to you.." Illumi sheds a tear and looks the other way. "You know, Kil.. I use to have a friend when I was a few years younger than you.."
Killua looks up at him surprised. "Did you really.?" Illumi nods and pulls him close. "But my parents killed them. And I was never the same after that." Killua looks down, upset, that it wasn't always Illumi's fault
It was all Silva and Kikyo's. "The world is full of unfairness. Drama and chaos, that can suck the life out of you. Never forget your friends, or you'll end up like me." Illumi hugs him close to his chest. "I promise you, I won't forget Gon, ever." Killua cries in Illumi's chest..
Sad, but happy, that he got the chance to have a real talk with his older brother, that he's hated for so long. "What about (Y/N) and Hisoka? Aren't they your friends?" Illumi and Killua look at the two. Hisoka is messing with Gon, while (Y/N) is lecturing him, as usual.
"I never thought about that. I guess they are.." Illumi smiles and blushes. "Hey, the fireworks are starting!" Gon yells and points at the colorful rockets. "Awesome!" Gon and Killua high five each other and watch the showcase.
Illumi gets up and sits on the other side of (Y/N). "First time brother talk. How was it?" (Y/N) was happy that Illumi has finally made amends with Killua. "It went pretty well." Illumi smiles and makes eye contact with (Y/N). "Well, this festival has been thrilling~"
Hisoka smiles in satisfaction. "We should do this again some time." (Y/N) smiles and watches the fireworks. Illumi and Hisoka look at each other and smirk. "I agree~" Hisoka says, as the two boys kiss (Y/N) on each cheek.
(Y/N) blushes and keeps quiet, as the watch the colorful explosions.
