Imagine: Having a night with Dean, who you've had feelings for ever since you met, but when things start getting heated, it gets emotional

Dean and I were sitting and having drinks in our motel room, since we finished the case successfully. We were talking and laughing about life, and it kinda got deep. Despite the fact that we were both drunk, I knew what I was talking about. I've had feelings for Dean since he rescued me years ago. But he was too drunk, he didn't know what he was saying.
"Dean, there's something I gotta tell you," I said, giggling like a little girl. "It's just uh..I'm completely in love with you. Isn't that crazy?"
I laughed, but I wasn't joking. His face went straight.
"Y/N, I love you too," Dean said, looking me in the eyes.
"What?" I asked, and I snorted.
Before I knew it, he pulled me in for a kiss, and it turned into making out. Which started turning into more. We got up, never pulling apart as we moved over next to one of the beds. His hands traced up and down my skin as I shoved his flannel off of him, exposing his t-shirt. He pulled my flannel off and started reaching underneath my shirt, and that's when I knew I had to stop. I pulled away, opening my eyes. I caught my breath.
"Dean, I can't," I said.
I've always been self-conscious of the way I looked. I was covered in scars, all over my body. Some from the abuse I got as a kid, some from hunting. No matter what, they were there. And this is when Dean would find out.
We made eye contact, and my vision was blurry from tears that came out of nowhere. I looked away, I only cried when I was drunk. Suddenly, a soothing rubbing tracing over the large scar on my side sent chills up my spine. His thumb traced the lines as he used his other hand to cup my face. His eyes were soft and apologetic.
"It's ok," He whispered, reassuring me as he wiped away one of my fallen tears. "Y/N, you're beautiful. Your scars don't change that."
I shuddered in disbelief, sniffling as he pulled me in for more kisses, and he slipped my shirt off, exposing my scar-filled torso. He looked me up and down, making me nervous. He just smiled before taking his own shirt off, and things elevated that night.
