Chapter 15: Cousins
Spyke POV
"Kuya we are on our way!" Skyler's said through phone. My eyes widen in shocked.
"What? Ano naman gagawin niyo ditong lahat? Kakauwi lang diyan noong isang araw ni mommy at daddy ah?" Nagtatakang tanong ko.
She laughed before she spoke. "Alam mo naman ang mga pinsan natin, they wanted to escape always. Hindi kapa nasanay, and don't worry about mom and dad. They already knew that we're here." Sagot nito.
Napahinga nalang ako ng malalim bago pinatay ang tawag, akala ko talaga kanina nagbibiro lang ang mga pinsan ko na pupunta sila dito ng Nueva Ecija. Tinutoo talaga nila. Tsk! Well, wala na akong magagawa. They are almost here. Bakit ba hindi pa ba ako nasanay sa kanilang lahat? They wanted to escape from mamita and their parents, they wanted to have freedom, they wanted to enjoy... kahit na sandali lang.
As Skyler said, lahat ng pinsan namin ay papunta na dito. Of course kasama din siya at si Speed. Habang si Spykie naman ay nagpaiwan sa bahay, she's rather wants to read her books than to go with our cousins.
Hindi nagtagal ay nagsidatingan na silang lahat. Ang dami nilang dalang gamit kasi balak nilang mag stay dito hanggat sa matapos ang fiesta dito. If I know, they just wanted to escape.
"Fuck! I'm fucking tired!" Kyle cussed while ruffled his hair.
I laughed and look at him. "Y'all used our chopper, papanong napagod ka eh nakaupo ka lang naman?"
Itinaas nito ang gitnang daliri niya at inirapan ako. "Shut up!"
"Let's have some fun later. I wanna get drunk." Jcle said.
"Me too!" Sabay na sabi nilang lahat. Umiling nalang ako at pinaasikaso na silang lahat para makapagpahinga na sila sa kani kanilang room.
Ganito kaming magpipinsan, mahilig mag party at uminom. Because this is our escape. We felt like there's no one controlling us.
Mamita, which is our grandmother is very strict to us. Yes, she spoiled us. She gave anything whatever we want to ask for. But at the same time, she's really scary. What she wants, we need to follow. Sa madaling salita, sunod sunuran kaming lahat. Ganun din ang mga magulang ng mga pinsan ko, dahil nga nasa politiko sina tito Anton at tito Andres ay hindi nila masyado nakakasama ang mga anak nila. They were busy in their works, si tita Ashley din. Mas ma swerte nalang kaming magkakapatid kasi iba sina mommy at daddy. Mommy spoils us, she'll let us do whatever we want to do as long as we know our limitations. Daddy, however is very supportive to us. He'll do everything just to make us happy always. That's why I love my parents so much.
Me and Spykie are twins, we're now 20 years old and in third year college. I am taking up Bachelor of Science and Business Administration major in Marketing Management. However, Spykie taking up Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She's also our SSC President in King University.
Speed, is my brother. He's 18 years old and in first year college. He's also taking up BSBA major in Marketing Management.
Skyler, is my youngest sibling. She's 16 years old and in grade 11. Her strand or track is STEM.
Tito Anton's children first names starts with letter K, these are; Kyle, Kaye, Kent and Kit.
Kyle is already graduated. He's 23 years old and he's the councilor in Pasig.
Kaye, just like us she's also in 3rd year college and 20 years old, and taking up Architecture.
Kent, just like my brother speed he's also 18 years old and in first year college. He's taking up Mechanical Engineering.
Kit, is 17 years old and in grade 12. His strand or track is ABM.
Tita Ashley's children names starts with letter R, these are; Raine and Rashed.
Raine, just like Kyle she's also 23 years old and already graduated as a BSBA major in Marketing Management.
Rashed, is 22 years old and also graduated same as ate Raine course.
Tito Andres children names starts with letter J, these are; Jcle, Jane and Janine.
Jcle, just like Kyle and ate Raine he's also 23 years of age and already graduated. He's the councilor in Pasay.
Jane, just like Rashed she's also 22 years old and already graduated. She's now a dentist and she's able to build her own clinic.
Janine, just like me, Spykie and Kaye she's also 20 years old and in third year college. She's taking up Nursing.
When the night came, we are all ready to go and have some fun.
"Minors and still not allowed to go with us." Kyle said when we saw our siblings and cousins running towards us. Ayos na ayos na silang lahat, the way they dress up hindi mo aakalin na mga minor pa lang sila.
"Kaya may balak kayong iwan kami? That's improper!" Skyler said and she's about to cry. Papano hindi iiyak eh siya lang ang nag iisang babaeng minor? Sa lalaki naman ay si Kit lang.
"How about me Kuya?" Kit ask and looking at his eldest brother kyle.
"You're going to take care of Skyler. Sige na, maiwan na namin kayo." Said Jcle. I can ever hear the small cuss of Kit.
I smirk. Poor little boy.
I kissed Skyler's head before I spoke. "Stop being so hard headed baby. Don't rush to grow so fast. Just enjoy your teenage years."
She rolled her eyes before she answered. "Swear if I turn eighteen I'll definitely go to the bar every night."
Sabay kaming lahat tumingin ng masama sa kanya.
I can even heard Speed moaned before he spoke. "Try Skyler. Try us."
"Whatever. Anyway, I'll just shop. Let's go Kit, samahan mo ako." Sabi nito at mabilis na tumalikod.
"I love you babies! Just call us if you need us!" Ate Raine shouted.
"We hate you for always abounded us." Sagot ni Kit at inakbayan si Skyler.
"Next month you'll turn 18 Kit." Janine said and laugh. Yeah, kaming magpipinsan our rules is when you're turn 18 even you're men pwede ka ng uminom. Hindi na namin hinihintay ang debut namin, that's too long you know. 18 will do.
"At si Skyler nalang ang maiiwan." Tukso naman ni Rashed.
Skyler's turn to us and glared us. "Bullies! Ba't ba kayo pa naging pinsan at kuya ko?"
"Ouch baby, you hurt my feelings. Bakit hindi kaba masaya samin?" Tanong ko, kinurot naman ni Jane ang tagiliran ko.
"Tigilan niyo na nga siya, sige na umalis na kayo. Kit ha, wag na wag mong pababayaan si Skyler. You know her."
"Duly noted ate. Bye guys! Enjoy!" Pagpapaalam ni Kit at mabilis silang pumasok sa kotse niya. Nagsipasukan naman kami sa amin sariling mga sasakyan at mabilis itong pinausad.
Nasa Cabanatuan kami kaya hindi na mahirap sa'min maghanap ng exclusive bar at kahit na hindi namin nakikita ang mga body guards namin ay alam namin sinusundan nila kami.
Nang makarating kami sa Angels Night ay isa isa kaming nagsilabasan sa kotse namin at mabilis na pumasok sa loob. Laglag pa ang panga ng mga security guards at bouncers ng makita kaming lahat, lahat din ng madadaanan naming tao ay napapahinto sa ginagawa nila at parang hindi makapaniwalang nakatingin samin.

Ang mismong Manager pa talaga ang nag asikaso samin at para kaming mga reyna at hari kung pagsilbihan nila.
Raine shook her head before she said. "I hate it when they acted like this."
"Same here." Janine said.
"Perks of being Sebastian, always have a special treatment." Kaye said.
Nagsimula na kaming uminom lahat, hindi alintana ang mga matang nakatitig samin. Sanay na kami, this is the perks of being Sebastian.
Okay lang naman uminom kami, as long hindi kami gagawa ng ikakasira ng pangalan ng pamilya namin.
Habang palalim na ng palaim ang gabi ay nagsisimula ng malasing sina Jane, Janine, Kaye at Kent.
"I wanted to dance!" Kaye shouted while her eyes were close.
"Then dance. No one's stopping you." Jcle answered.
"But don't flirt with someone." Kyle warned.
"Duly noted kuya. Let's go girls!" Sigaw nito at tumayo, sabay sabay silang umalis nina Janine at Jane at sumayaw sa dance floor.
Natawa nalang kami lahat ng biglang nakatulog si kent sa hita ni ate raine.
"As always." Ate raine said and comb kent's hair.
"Look at Jane. She looks like not a dentist." Rashed said. We laughed while looking at them. They looks like a wild cat. Mabuti nalang hindi allowed ang gadgets kapag pumasok ka dito.
Gadgets is strictly prohibited when you enter here. That's why we feel safe, alam mo naman sa panahon ngayon kapag sikat ka lahat ng galaw mo ay kinukuhaan ka ng litrarto o video at makikita mo nalang yun sa social media kinabukasan. They will immediately judge and bash you without knowing your side and the real story.
"Btw, how's your relationship with kylee?" Ate Raine ask making me nervous. Fuck. Why do I feel scared?
"We're fine." Sagot ko at mabilis kumuha ng inumin sabay tungga nito. I forgot to text or even called my girlfriend that we're going out! Damn! Ba't ko ba nakalimutan sabihin sa kanya? Hindi naman ako ganito dati ah. Everytime we go out I always informed her.
Gustuhin ko man tawagan siya ngayon ay hindi ko magawa, my phone is in my car.
"She asked me yesterday kuya. She asked if she can go with us. Narinig niya kasi kay Spykie na pupunta kami dito lahat ngayon. And I told her not. Kasi sabi ko matatagalan pa kami dito, e alam mo naman si ate Kylee nag aaral ng mabuti. At ayokong umabsent siya para lang sumama samin dito." Sabi ni Speed. Tumango lang ako, ni hindi ko alam ang sasabihin ko. Damn! I miss my love.
"At ano naman ang gagawin niya dito? Distraction lang siya ni Spyke." Napalingon ako kay Jane ng sabihin niya yun, hindi ko man lang namalayan na bumalik na pala sila.
"Cous, why do you hate Kylee so much? Simula palang ay ramdam na ramdam na namin na ayaw mo siya para kay Spyke." Tanong ni Raine.
Jane rolled her eyes before she answered. "I have one reason. But I won't tell, kasi alam kong hindi din naman kayo maniniwala sa sasabihin ko." Seryosong sabi nito at kumuha ng isang shot at mabilis na nilagok ang alak.
"Wooooh, what is it? Just say it." Curious na tanong ni Jcle.
"Ayoko nga baka bigla nalang magalit si Spyke sakin. Alam niyo namang love na love niya ang My Love niya." Sabi nito at diniin talaga ang My Love na salita.
Umiling naman si Kyle bago sumagot. "He won't get mad. Mas matimbang paba si Kylee kaysa sayo? Diba hindi naman? Go tell now."
Tumingin sakin si Jane, tumango nalang ako. I'm also curious too.
She sigh before she spoke. "I hate her because I felt like she was just pretending to be kind. Hindi katulad ni Spykie na pinanganak na talagang mabait, siya ewan ko ba pero feeling ko nagpapanggap siyang mabait kahit hindi naman. Alam niyo yun? Kapag sumasama siya satin mukhang ang bait bait niya, pero deep inside hindi naman talaga. Don't be angry Spyke ha! This is just my perception towards her."
Tumango tango ako, hindi naman talaga ako galit eh. I know Jane since we're kids, kung hindi niya talaga gusto ang isang tao ay harap harapan niya talagang pinapakita dito. Naaalala ko dati, kapag sumasama samin si Kylee ay palaging badtrip si Jane at siya ang palaging nauunang umuuwi.
"Ilang years naba ulit kayo ni Kylee Spyke?" Tanong naman ni Kaye.
"2 years." I answered.
She nod, "Alam mo gusto ko si Kylee para sayo kasi alam kung mahal na mahal ka niya. At alam ko din mahal na mahal mo din siya, pero hindi porket matagal na kayo at nagmamahalan kayo ay kayo parin hanggang dulo. Alam mo yung pinagtagpo pero hindi itinadhana? Ang daming nangyayaring ganyan eh, tapos hindi mo alam na 'yung para sayong babae ay nandyan lang pala sa tabi tabi pero hindi niyo pa oras na magtagpo o nagtagpo na kayo pero hindi pa talaga ito ang tamang oras para sa inyong dalawa." Napapikit ako ng bigla kong naalala si Amethyst.
