"Lucas !" Yells Ten, echoing through the dorm.
It is only currently six in the morning, and Lucas had already started to play tricks on his lover. Giggling and hiding his tall body as much as he can. The others pass along right passed him not wanting to get in the middle of the lover's quarrel. While, Ten comes running into the kitchen, his face covered in whip cream and a mousetrap stuck on his big toe.
That definitely looked like it hurt.
And Lucas is hiding behind the counter giggling like a maniac.
"You think this is funny Lucas," Ten states, crossing his arms. You could see the upset in his eyes.
"I'm sorry Tennie I just wanted to play a little prank," Lucas smiles his goofy lopsided smile.
Its the same one that always causes Ten's heart to beat a little faster. And a smile to plaster on his face. And no, not just a little smile. A big goofy and dorky "I'm in love" smile.
But not for today it doesn't.
"There's no 'I'm sorry' Lucas," sighs Ten pinching his nose," I told you not this week to be pulling any of those stupid pranks you like to pull. And you still don't listen to me nor respect what I ask of you."
The others in the Wayv dorm walk into another room, seeing the tension in the air rising. And the rising in Ten's temper. And all they could do is feel sorry for what is going to happen to Lucas.
And even Lucas starts to sense the bad tension and fighting starting between the two.
"Tennie, I really am sorry. I know this week has been stressful. I just thought some jokes and pranks might make you feel a little better. Because I have been seeing you be super stressed out," Lucas looks down at his fingers playing with them awkwardly.
Something he does when he feels sorry.
And any other time, Ten would be cooing at the other, hugging him and comforting him. And even forgiving the other for whatever action he had done.
But no, not today. Ten can't just shake it off today, he woke up already stressed out for the day. And he needs Lucas, mentally. To understand him, and give him the dire love that he needs to make it through the stressful day.
But no, instead. Lucas went back to their normal prank filled relationship.
"Well, you know what a sorry isn't going to fix it today," sighed Ten getting loud and annoyed at his lover, "just leave me alone for today seriously. Like sleep on the couch, or one of the other dorms today I don't care. I just don't want to see you."
Ten turned around on his heels and walks back into the bathroom, and not seeing the crushed look on his lovers face when he was told that the person he loves the most doesn't want to see him at all.

And everyone continues on with their schedule, trying to not note the awkwardness of the couple to get to them at all. Honestly, they should be use to it by now, because almost all the couples in NCT have fought at one point. But it still not something that they're use to yet.
Like how Lucas, like promised has stayed far away from Ten as he can possible be while filming an MV. Their newest song Kick Back. And any free time they have in between scenes, Lucas is currently talking to Yangyang and Hendery who always are right there to be there for the other male.
"You royally messed up Cas, you might as well go over and try apologizing again," comments Hendery to the other.
"He doesn't want to see nor talk to me, remember?" Sighs Lucas at the memory of the others words.
"Well come on Hendery lets cheer him up," comments Yangyang at the other.
Playing around, Hendery and Yangyang try to cheer the other up by making him laugh with their silly games and whatnot.
And for Ten, seeing the other happy made him even more angry than he was before. He isn't sure why, but watching the other be perfectly fine despite the fact that they had fought less than a couple hours ago is what gets to him. And the fighting has been running through Ten's head, and making him feel guilty for even yelling at the other who he calls his lover.
"Cheer up Ten," comments Sicheng after seeing the others face.
"He's upset at Lucas because the big loaf did do something bad," comments Kun.
Ten looks over at their leader sending him a glare, "first off he isn't a loaf. And yes he did do something incredibly bad."
"Well," comments Sicheng shrugging his shoulders, "when Taeyong does something bad, I ask for him to give me some time to reflect on it. And I come back later on when I am calm and we talk about what he did, and how we both feel after it."
"That's the adult thing to do," comments Xiaojun, "but who ever said that Ten is an adult about it." drinking whatever smoothie is currently in his hand.
Glaring at him Ten replies," like you're any better. Remember what you did to Yuta the last time you guys had gotten into a fight."
Shrugging his shoulders, "no one said I was perfect."
"But Sicheng is right, you should talk to Lucas as soon as you are calm you should talk to him about how you feel." comments Kun.
"You're right," sighs Ten hating the words that are coming out of his mouth, "I will talk to him as soon as I am calmed down. But for right now, I am perfectly fine not talking to him."
And the rest of the recording for that day continues, Lucas and Ten try to not be awkward during recording to make anyone on the set uncomfortable. And for the most part it works out perfectly fine.

Later on that night, everyone heads back to the dorm in one big group like always. Ten still talking to Kun and Xiaojun and taking peaks over to Lucas who is still talking to Yangyang and Hendery happily. Ten wants to walk up to the other and talk to him, but something keeps on stopping him from talking to the said male.
"You should seriously walk up to him and talk to him," comments Xiaojun after watching the other pine around his lover.
"I want to, I just don't know what to say," Ten states, sighing and moving his hair away from his face.
"I think an apology is a great place to start," adds in Kun.
Sighing, Ten knows they're right, but he just isn't ready to confront the other after how terribly he had just treated the other a few hours prior.
Continuing the walk to the dorm, everyone is happily doing whatever they want. And walking inside the dorm. They are all exhausted after the day they just had. It was crazy, chaotic and busy, practically a normally day at the Wayv dorm and the Wayv life. Waiting for the last person to walk in, Ten doesn't see his lover ever step front in the door and he swore he has just seen the other.
"Where's Lucas?" He decides to ask Yangyang who is the last one to walk in the door.
"He said he was going over to Jungwoo's dorm to say hello," innocently says Yangyang.
It causes a small ting in Ten's heart when the other says that. He knows Yangyang wasn't there, but at one point; Lucas had a crush on Jungwoo, but never proceeded before he went to Wayv, and that was when his attention went to Ten. And from there, the couple have been together happily and Ten never let the jealousy get to him.
Until, now.

"What's up Lucas?" Asks Jungwoo as soon as the other approaches his room.
Jungwoo currently was sitting at his computer playing whatever game Mark had just downloaded. Lucas currently standing right next to him staring down at the other.
"Me and Ten got into a fight," Lucas mutters under his breathe.
"Oh? You did," Jungwoo asks sympathetically. Shutting off the game, he turns his attention to the other male.
Who has tears slightly falling from his eyes.
"Oh Cassie come on," Jungwoo tones his voice down to a soft one, "you know Ten is mad. But he never stays mad too long." He hushes the other one bringing him into his arms.
Jungwoo doesn't say anything else and comforts the other saddened male.
After some time, Lucas pulls himself out of the others arms, his eyes now free of tears. The big innocent eyes staring back at the older.
Jungwoo's heart melts at the other, running a hand through his hair," now go on, go talk to him. I bet he's waiting for you!"
Lucas nods his head showing the other a goofy smile, hugging the older male," thank you hyung!"
While leaving Jungwoo's room and on the way to the front door, Lucas runs right into Ten who is standing on the other side of the door.
"Ten hyung?" Lucas asks surprised.
"Lucas," dramatically sighs Ten," why did you run off, I was seriously worried."
"I'm sorry," Lucas leans his head down.
Ten sighs dramatically once again, before throwing himself at the other and wrapping his arms around the others neck, surprising Lucas. But Lucas won't lie, it is nice to have Ten in his arms again.
"I am so sorry for yelling at you this morning Lu, I shouldn't of taken everything out on you. It wasn't right," Ten apologies.
"I'm sorry hyung for not listening to you when you asked me not to," Lucas also apologies looking at the others soft hair in his face.
"Its ok Lu, just always keep being yourself, I love you just the way you are," Ten comments, tightening his hold on the other.
Lucas smiles and wraps his long arms around the others waist. Hearing the other contently sigh from the action.
"I love you too Tennie," Lucas also comments, kissing the top of the others head.
"Come on," Ten states after finally backing out of the others hold," lets go back home." Holding his hand out waiting for the other to grab it.
He did.

Going home the two joke and laugh with each other never letting go of their combined hands. Ten felt so stress free being right here in this moment with his lover.
And the minute they get home, everyone is happy to see the couple are no longer fighting. Hanging out and chatting for a little while. Its almost normal in the NCT dorm again- minus Yangyang and Hendery putting Louis in a princess dress. But everyone had a good laugh and almost forgetting the stress of their new comeback.
Its later that night, Ten and Lucas are laying down on their bed. Arms wrapped around each other tightly and legs tangled together. The weather inside is comfortable for the couple, but the weather being together is a lot better.
"Thank you for forgiving me Tennie," Lucas states in the dead of night.
"Thank you for forgiving me Lu after yelling at you," Ten comments back.
"As long as you always are right here next to me I will always forgive you," Lucas says seriously, kissing the top of the other's head.
"I will always be right here next you, I will always stay with you," Ten smiles adoringly.
"Always stay with me," Lucas also smiles adoringly at the other.
It may be dark, but the couple could feel the brightness of their smiles to each other. Leaning down, Lucas places an adoring kiss onto the others lips. Its soft, and loving melting both of their hearts. Ten cradling his head onto Lucas' neck, smiling at the adoring thought of his lover.
