,, Artemis " the devils deep voice muttered as he stared at kyungsoos wolfshape. It took me a moment to realize who this name belonged to and it made me turn my head back to kyungsoo irritated, before staring at the moongoddess again.. or rather diana.
She clenched her jaw reaching her hand out ,, kyungsoo .. "
His head turned to look at her now.
,, come with me, this is not where you belong " she looked over at the basket with our pups which I was trying to get to earlier ,, and we'll take the little ones..

His wolf blinked at her at first just as unimpressed as diana had been when she appeared.
,, dont listen to her !" The devil ... lucifer exclaimed digging his way with his huge hands forward. His claws digging deep into the earth, his disturbing big eyes and skinny face was sending chills all over my body, causing my heart to speed up beating the closer he got.
,, she'll kill you !"
I shifted to kai limping lightly forward to be besides kyungsoos wolf againwhen he wouldn't stop getting closer.
This made him stop in the end as he glanced at me with these huge bloodshot eyes, causing a shiver to run down my spine.
,, how dare you.." he rose his claw, glaring at me it made me freeze at my spot but I didnt back away and stood my ground, his big claw aimed at me.

Kyungsoo growled loudly and lucifer halted , I swallowed exhaling shakingly as his claw retreated and his glare faded as he glanced at kyungsoos wolf who's fur seemed to be glowing lightly.
He seemed a little surprised and his eyes shifted between me and him for a while as if he had just realized... as if he cared for kyungsoo and realized kyungsoo cared for me? Or was it something else?
,, back away lucifer, you will not get either of them " diana hissed rather lazily as she came closer but just like with the devil himself I felt the need to step up in front of kyungsoo despite him obviously being able to defend himself probably what seems to be better against gods than me.
,, wrong, you wont get either of them all you want is artemises light that you could never hold !" He cursed charging his claws up ready to clash down at her.
I turned away shielding kyungsoo and being ready for the blow for once he had stabbed it into the ground and probably caused an earthquake.
But it didnt come and when i turned back to the 2 of them. I saw diana still standing on her spot a silver spear which she held strongly before her had blocked it, her heels had dug into the ground but her expression still seemed unbothered.
He raged in anger swinging his other claws while she kept dodging it as if this was the call, The battle not too far from us continued aswell when new creatures appeared.
Vampires and rogues started attacking fighting against everyone.. I wasnt sure who belonged to whom at this point but I didnt have the head to figure it much out.
I nudged kyungsoos wolf wanting to move with him. So that he could grabb the basket and we run off. Being between those 2 when they fight wasnt something I had planned to do.
He seemed almost frozen tho watching them fight as if he was lost in thoughts which made me panic a little when I nudged him a little rougher almost pushing him back.
Finally he turned his head to look at me his crystal eyes glowing in the light reflected all the fire and .. the war we were in.
I didnt hesitate anymore pushing him back again so he finally moved running off with me behind him as we both headed for the basket. But I couldnt get closer and ended up being forced to watch as kyungsoo tried his best to grab the basket without falling down the cracks in the ground.
He picked the basket up by his teeth before returning back to me. His eyes saying enough words to let me know I should lead the way.
I hesitated glancing at hyunsik moving on the ground as he slowly came too while sehun was still out.
I told myself it will be fine since hyunsik was coming too and they weren't exactly close tot he fight either.
So I turned away running forward, now and then glancing behind me to make sure he was following until he beat me to it running besides me through the woods until we seemed to be far away from the battle and hidden between the trees.
He stopped and I almost fell ove rin panic as I turned around to him rushing back to him as he started shaking, putting the basket down before hes tumbled to the side.
I instandly shifted back to my human shape as I moved the basket cautiously behind myself, reaching my hands out a little as he finally fell to the ground slowly shifting back to being kyungsoo.
I neared him carefully as he held his head gasping in big breaths that turned slightly wheezed.
,, kyungsoo .. hey " my hand slowly lowered on his bare back ,, hey.. it's ok calm down "
He cried out lifting his head, I grunted turning away when his eyes were so bright that it hurt mine, they were glowing. he hadn't even looked at me and it still affected mine.
Then he stopped, he calmed only inhaling and exhaling deeply to calm down and I dared to look at him as he stopped shaking and now looked up at me.
He was pale and there was blood dripping from his nose, I glanced at him worriedly as I cupped his face.
,, kyungsoo.. can-can you hear me ?"
He only blinked hesitant as he looked over my eyes and then looking down into his lap raising his hands to whipe under his nose.
I instandly moved his hand down again afterwards not wanting him to see more of his own blood
,, w-what .. just happened " his eyes landed back on mine and I could see how his eyes had turned back to brown but his hair was still white.
,, the babies !" His wide eyes met mine again before they fell to the basket behind me and he gasped as he jumped up.
I held onto his arm as he stumbled forward supporting his walking before he kneeled down by the basket.
With sad eyes I watched him open the basket and tear up at the sight of our lifeless children laying there like puppets.
He took our boy out to hold him, looking over his face as a tear rolled down his cheek.
,, how sad is that "
I rose my head while kyungsoo flinched back.
A growl escaped my lips as I got to my feet standing in front of y family as I glared at alios.
,, dont come closer "
I warned him but he only smirked with dark eyes letting them turn black completely.
,, like.. " He took another step toward us and laughed ,, this ?"
,, I thought you were following Lucifer's orders ! What do you even want !?"
I exclaimed in anger glancing only slightly back to see kyungsoo tower our boy in his arms while holding the basket with our baby girl behind himself.
,,, I was ... " he glanced down in thoughts no longer smirking ,, but hes a fool... hes weak afterall " knowingly he looked at kyungsoo who visibly backed up more, seeming just as confused as I was.

I stepped in front of his sight to kyungsoo and he mockingly twitched his eyebrow smirking to himself.

Only those who know the tricks get to have the upper hand " his blabbering just made me frown at him more and he sighed brushing a little dust off his jackets as he stepped closer completely ignoring my growling until he only stopped a few feet away from us to look at me ,, look where it has gotten you 2.. where it has gotten baekhyun and your beta, I saw his eyes earlier..

We all looked back when the ground shock, smoke rose up in the sky from the battle. ,, but it doesn't work like that now does it "

,, the battleground is filled with demons stop your bullshit!" Kyungsoo defended enraged but he wouldn't have it and I pushe shim back again when he yelled

His eyes turned dark as he glared at kyungsoo who exhaled in shock.

,, lucifer knew this yet he decided not to kill you when he had the chance to .. why ? Because of fucking " his bones twisted as he chocked out in disgust and and unrecognizable voice. He stomped on the ground shifting into a creature I haven't seen before ,, love !"
He growled in a demonic sound and I shifted instandly as he was about to charge for kyungsoo if I hadn't gotten between jumping on him.
We rolled.on the ground he was completely black no fur not nothing 2 holes in his sculp with a little white pupil and a hand with fingers like long claws.
A cut over his face with teeth.
It was disgusting and disturbing to look at. Its claws dug into my sides and I howled in pain jumping off only to have him pi me down opening its mouth ready to bite me with his teeth.
,, JONGIN !"
I growled loosing my strength as I shifted back in order to hold him back better..his claws dug into the ground and he released another noise that made my ears ring.
,, STOP !"
With kyungsoos scream alios went flying off me hitting a tree by strong force.
I breathed heavily with wide eyes as I held my side in pain, sitting up to see kyungsoo stare at alios not being able to move from where he laid.
At this point I couldnt utter a sound as I watched his emotionless eyes stare holed into alios.
He rose his hand just a little, letting his palm face the sky and alios shifted back to his human shape.
He was trying to struggle panic visible in his eyes. In shock and a little terrified I watches this continue.
Footsteps emerged from behind me but i couldnt bring myself to.look who it was. He stopped aswell probably staring at the scene.
Kyungsoos hands slowly started closing to a fist and alios screamed the mor ehe closed it until he finally disappeared into thin air.
Just like that, my eyes still stared at the spot where alios used to be, his scream had terrified me and left me in shock when I slowly looked back at kyungsoo, his empty eyes on me. It would be lying if I said that I wasnt scared of him at this moment.
However did his eyes shift to land on the person behind me turning his fist around. I heard a chocking, an object hitting the ground.
I gasped turning around and crawling away quickly..my wide eyes landed on kris making me panic when he clutched his throat staring at kyungsoo who started opening his fist to make his palm face the ground now.
,, NO ! KYUNGSOO ! NO STOP!" I panicked stumbling to my feet ignoring all my pain as I got to his side.
,, STOP ! please! kyungsoo!"
My hand reached out to his face attempting to make him face me, which he then did, no more unfolding his fingers but still.keeping his hand and the state up . Making me swallow to catch breath ,, nugget.." I started, my fingers stroking over his cheek ,, please.. stop "
He blinked finally. He blinked, kris gasped dropping to his knees as he gasped for air coughing loudly while kyungsoo swallowed confused looking over my face before I pulled him into a hug tightly laughing in desperate as I closed my eyes and took deep breaths to calm my racing heart.
But as if all this craziness wasnt enough.
A cry appeard, a cry that made me open my eyes in an instand.
Not just one crying but 2.
In shock I backed away as did kyungsoo
,, oh my god .." he exhaled in tears. Hushing our babyboy in his arms
,, shh .. jongin ? Jongin how?"
My eyes drifted to kris as I took my screaming baby girl out of the basket.
But kris was alive and was equally as confused and lost as we were. Alios was the only one who died here and he was a demon I wasnt even sure if that would count as a life for the ritual not to mention did we not set anything or do anything to do the ritual like it should.
So if it the ritual didnt give them life then .. i stared at kyungsoo once they had calmed a little as he was still busy removing bit dirt off our boys small cheek..
If it wasnt the ritual what was it ?
