"Cutie" You rolled your eyes again to see the giant heartthrob in front of you showing his cheesy wide smile, you've know Chanyeol since forever. He had declared his love for you at the age of 6 and hasn't stop trying to be with you but you both are literally in two separate worlds. Of course you knew the rules of society No geeks allowed to be with the schools heartthrobs. Not saying that you did like Chanyeol. You were confused when it came to him not really know if he's serious or just joking around.
"can you please stop calling me that" you hiss towards him. You were known as being most intelligent person in school. You had a few friends but not many. you like having a small circle Chanyeol not included. You sigh as you couldn't pass because of Chanyeol
"can you move please giant" You asked and he just shook his head
"only if you agree to go out on a date with me" you shook your head. No date until after school is over you thought to yourself.
"I don't need distractions in school chanyeol, you're bad for me" You tell him but he just stood where he was.
"Please cutie" he pleaded causing attention, everyone knew the story between the two, you had many fan clubs as well as Chanyeol.
"No" you murmur looking for another way to get to class but even if you do, you can't escape Chanyeol.
"Come on one date and I'll leave you alone" You thought and agreed to it but somethhing was feeling really strange as if you didn't like the idea at all but you brushed it off
"okay meet me in the cafe after school and let me swoop you of your feet" He winked letting you pass for some reason you felt nervous as you did.
You did as you were told and waited for Chanyeol but time seem to be going pass. Chanyeol hadn't turned up that made you furious. You stormed all the way home. By the time Chanyeol had gone to the cafe. You had already screamed in frustration and went to your house.
You close the door heading up to your room to change your clothes that was wet from the rain. You heard a knock on the door and went to go answer.
"Jongdae?" you looked at him confused but you seen the bruises on his face. another heartthrob from your school who's your best friend. You grabbed the first aid kit to treat Jongdae's injuries
"What happened?" you asked
"Park Chanyeol" your heart fluttered a little.
" what did he do?" you asked out of curiosity
"he tried to steal something from me" you get angry and make your way to Chanyeol's house jumping the fence and heading for the front door when you're greeted by his mother.
"Hello Mrs Park is Chanyeol here?" You asked when she looked confused
"he was suppose to be with you" She answered and you get taken back. You hurriedly made your way back to your house when you smack into someone who was standing in front of your door.
"What are you doing here?" You hiss to the figure in front of you. You knew who it was. He turned and seen you he smiled but his face changed once you slapped him across the face
"How dare you try and steal something from Jongdae and you abused him! Who do you think you are? and to top it off you left me in the cafeteria waiting for you to not show up, you're so disrepectful!" You said you felt hurt and angry
"what?" Chanyeol said in confusion about your best friend
"Piss off you're so annoying" You said sternly
"I'm sorry about me being late but I can explain" He said but you turned your head away.
"Just get lost! I don't want to see your face ever again" You shouted, Chanyeol didn't say anymore. He left heading towards his house slowly while the rain hit his face and as his tears flowed down his face.
1 Month Later
You didn't see Chanyeol for a month. He didn't bother you again. He did exactly what you told him to do, you felt bothered and you didn't understand why. You felt some what bad to what you said to him that day. You knew you were overreacting that day but you couldn't help it. You decided not to go to class and head towards the library when you stopped in your tracks seeing Chanyeol covered in bruises but smiling towards book he was reading. You kept your gaze on him when he looked up towards you and showed his cheesy smile before getting up and to leave.
"wait!" you called out to him and he turns around, you head over to him and him down.
"i don't need your help" he spoke lowly trying to get out of your grip but you continued to hold him.
"what happened?" You asked while treating his bruises
"why do you care?" He asked sternly, making you frown which Chanyeol had notice,
"why haven't you been attention class?" You asked randomly
"why do you miss me?" He teased making you smile which made him happy as well. You finished and he stood up "Thank you" He said before leaving you.
"Why did you try and steal something from Jongdae?" Chanyeol stopped and looked back at you and shook his head
"Because it was mine to begin with" He murmured
"why did you stood me up?" you questioned
"ask your best friend" He said before leaving you alone in confusion.
You waited at Jongdae's locker when he seen you. a smile appeared on his face but you just kept an emotionless face.
"what's up?" he asked you just stared at him.
"what was Chanyeol trying to steal from you?" JOngdae stopped
"why do you care for him" he said looking straight at you
"I just want to know" You spoke
"He tried to steal you away from me" Jongdae admitted and you took a step back
"I was only protecting you" He said "that's why we prolonged him getting to you" you look at him in disgust, he was reaching for you when you moved back.
"I AM NOT YOURS JONGDAE NOR YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO INTERVENE IN WHOS BEEN IN MY LIFE I CANT BELIEVE YOU" You shouted towards him
"but I love you" He uttered but you just shake your head
"I don't love you"
"so you do love that jerk?" he spoke angrily
"this has nothing to do with how I feel about him" You told him
"what does he have that I don't?" He asked "it's unfair!" He added but you just ran you didn't know where but you were too confused to know where you were going. You sat down on the swing and cried. You spent hours crying when you felt a warm presences
"It's going to be okay" you heard a raspy voice "just cry it's going to be okay, I promise" You hugged him back. He looked at you smiling while wiping your tears away kissing every tear away.
"I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions" You said to Chanyeol and he just smiled
"It doesn't matter"
"it does because I hurt the person I love" You said Chanyeol looked at you. that one month you had figured out your feelings for chanyeol. How you missed him during the day and the last person you thought at night.
"I knew it" He held your cheeks "but it's okay"
"you always knew I loved you?" he nodded
"I knew you were always mine"
"how?"
"because you told me when we were 6" he smiled. You look back and smiled remembering what you told him.
"I can't believe you remembered"
"Why would I want to forget that?" He asked and she didn't say anything but grabbed him and kiss him.
"Finally" He murmured and kissing you again.
