People are confused as to how Peter and Tony understand each other without saying anything.

Tony entered the R & D labs not looking up from his holoscreen and knocked 3 times. Peter a minute later handed him some papers and a coffee. Tony nodded and left, leaving Peter to deal with what he was doing at first.
The interns and workers looked at Peter confused as to what happened.

Peter looked up when he heard knocks. He started up the coffee and went and gave Tony a wrench. He continued to help Tony fix the car till the coffee was made.
Tony knocked twice, as Peter walked away and got the coffee, taking the whole pot and giving it to Tony who drank right from it.
Tony ruffled up the kid's hair as the car started again.

Peter entered the living room humming 'Hate me' by Nico Collins. He went to his room and threw his bag onto the floor. He changed into a pair of sweats and an oversized MIT hoodie that belonged to either Rhodey or Tony. He didn't remember anymore.
He entered the living room to see Star Trek ready on the TV, snacks on the table, and Tony walking in from the kitchen with a bit of hot chocolate.
The two got comfortable and ate all the snacks, drinking all the hot chocolate. And that's how Rhodey, Happy, and Pepper found them. Cuddled up on the couch, with the Star Trek credit screens on pause. They all got a picture and decided to let the 2 rest. Happy left as Pepper put the mugs to wash, Rhodey cleaning up the wrappers and junk.

It happened again
Peter was doing his homework when his Spidey-sense tingled. He looked up and saw Tony looking at him. After a few seconds Peter broke the silence.
"6."
Tony nods and continues his work as Peter goes back to his homework.
Pepper and Rhodey share a confused look before giving up and leaving.

This continued and has happened a lot more. It's happened out in public, private, at a press conference, and finally a gala. And people are annoyed and want answers.
Currently there was a press conference going on about the rogues.
"Blonde and blue pixie cut." Tony chose. The lady was wearing an iron man shirt, with a pair of jeans and Adidas shoes.
"Jamie Maverick from the Daily Scoop. Why are the Rogues being pardoned, after what happened, won't there be trust issues? Will there be fights?" Jamie asked. Peter and Tony shared a look as Peter squinted his eyes, Tony drumming his finger, before Tony finally answered.
"Yes there will be issues, and hopefully no fights between us or just in general, but we are pardoning them in case there is ever a problem or threat and we need the Avengers." Tony finished with a smirk. Jamie satisfied said a quiet thank you and sat, the next reporter asking his question.
"James Jamison from The Daily Buldge. What's going on between you and Mister Parker? Sometimes you would just look at him and he would say something or you would do a knock and he would get you something, on and on. We've seen it a few times, but what is it?" James asked.
Peter and Tony shared a confused look before having a silent conversation with their eyes, eyebrows, and finger drumming, and leg bouncing.
"What are you talking about?" Peter asked as he stood up from his position on the floor, wiping off the dust and going to stand next o Tony.
"You guys just did it. Mr. Stark's finger was drumming, your leg was bouncing, your eyes and eyebrows where moving as if having a conversation out loud." James said. Everyone seemed to quieten at this, wanting to hear the answer. Even Happy, Rhodey, and Pepper.
Peter and Tony just had confusion on their faces as they tried to think about what they were talking about.
There have been times when Tony would knock once and Peter would give him a wrench. Or if Peter was having a bad day he would hum a song and Tony would start the movies and get the hot chocolate. Then there was when Tony was anxious he would tap his fingers and Peter would tap back, causing Tony to calm down.
Realization hit Peter's face faster than a fist as he let out a startled laugh. Tony was still in deep concentration as Peter held his stomach in pain, while still laughing, but not making any noise. Everyone was concerned as realization hit Tony's face as he burst out laughing.
After 5 minutes of laughing the 2 calmed down to only say something that would break the internet.
"Next question."

Sorry that I ended like that I rushed this today and finally finished at 9:00 pm, with editing at 9:17 pm.
Sorry that this is so short, I didn't know how to finish this.
Anyways guys I have something to tell you.
So recently my school has decided to hit us with homework like hell, tests like hell, while in the freezing cold.
Like guys if I die because of the cold, I am so sorry.
And guys I won't have a schedule anymore, I will continue to try to update on Fridays, but I can't put that pressure on myself not only because I'm only 13 but I really just can't.
I'm trying so hard to take better care of myself, and I can't thanks to the pressure of school and it's killing me, but I promise I'm ok. I'm doing my best and I promise I'm not giving up.
Thanks for everything and I hope you guys understand.
I will continue to update and I will try to update on Fridays but sometimes it will be later.
Sorry about the short chapter life is stupid, I'm losing my touch.
