I see him in the hall
He looks at me
But only when he thinks I look away
I broke myself,
Loving the broken one
He never had anyone by his side
No one to see if he's alright
Nor did I
I'm searching for the confidence to apologise
When I see him I freeze
The butterflies fly high
I'm trying not to cry
I miss him and I
He was such a sweet guy
Just a little broken inside
His feelings he would hide
But deep down inside,
I knew his life wasn't right
