3Rd Person Point Of View.
With Wanda
Wanda laid on her bed, It's been 2 years since she had lost Pietro. Wanda pulled a photo out of her red jacket. (the one she always wears). It was of her and Pietro before Ultron happened. Just Him and her. Pietro had his speed during the time and Wanda also had her powers.
"I remember this, it was the first time we took a photo, it was the last photo we ever took. Oh Pietro Мой брат (my brother) how I miss you." A few silent tears streaked Wanda's face as she held the photo near her heart.
"You know you would have loved Peter. He's always so hyper and happy, always trying to help even if he gets hurt........... Maybe one day you'll get to meet him. Anyways I have to go, I finally get to pick Peter up from school, With Natasha of course, since I can't drive yet." Wanda kissed the photo before putting it away securely in her breast pocket. She got up and got out of her room and met with Natasha. The two had grown close together even though Natasha cut and dyed her hair blonde, it suited her.
" Готов идти?" (Ready to go?)
"Пойдем, паук мамы" (Let's go Mama spider).
Wanda and Natasha walked out, got into a car and started driving to pick up Peter.
With Peter
This is the worst day ever. Peter thought. First Peter forgot to grab lunch money, and forgot his Spanish homework on top of his desk at home. Now he was getting beaten up by Flash. He could always fight back but that would just give away that he's been lying and is Spider-Man. Which is not what we want.
*Mention of suicide*
"God Penis you worthless piece of shit, I don't know why you even try no one likes you honestly. You should just give up and kill yourself." Flash taunted.
*End of Suicide mentions*
Peter didn't say anything as he just let Flash beat him, cause he knew eventually he would get tired and walk away, and that's what he did after a few more punch's and kick's to the boy. MJ and Ned quickly ran over and helped him up.
"God you losers are gonna kill me, you ok Peter?" MJ asked worried.
"Yeah bro you took a lot more hits than usual" Ned said also worried.
"Yeah Yeah, I'm fine I can heal just help me up"
Peter said, groaning as they helped him to his feet. He quickly said goodbye to Ned and MJ and waited outside for Wanda and Natasha as they where the ones who where going to be picking him up. As he did so he put his hoodie up in an attempt to hide the forming bruises.
When Peter saw Wanda and Natasha pull up he looked down and made his way into the car.
"Welcome back маленький брат (Baby Brother)"
Wanda said pulling his Hoodie down and ruffling his hair then gasping, seeing his bruised face.
"Who in Hell's name hurt you Peter!" Natasha said quite angry with who ever hurt her baby spider.
"It's fine Natasha and Wanda, I'm fine. It will heal in a few hours anyways. It's just some stupid bully that's been picking on me" Peter said with a sigh
"What's his name peter" Wanda asked very calmly and slowly.
"Eugene 'Flash' Thompson" Peter said with venom dripping in his voice as he said the name. (Sorry if I spelt the name wrong idk how to spell it)
"Just don't hurt him please. He'll just get even more angry and beat me up more. And if not that then he'll start bullying others and I don't want that if I know I can take it."
"Fine" Wanda and Natasha said at the same time.
On the ride back to the compound, Wanda put the Radio on when something they heard made them Stop.
(Idk this dudes name so forgive me)
"General Ross has made a new law today for Mutants, directed towards Wanda Maximoff and Spider-Man. If seen citizens and cops are allowed to shoot at first sight at them. This 'Law' has been approved of in so far just 14 country's as many people do not believe they are evil. Ross says with the fact they do not know Spider-Man's true identity they believe he is up to no good. That's all for the daily news stay tuned for later."
Peter, Natasha and Wanda looked at each other worriedly while Natasha hit the gas and drove them to the compound faster, breaking a few laws while getting there.
Once the car was in the garage the trip went up the elevator to where the avengers where.
"Thank god you guys are ok, did you hear the news?" Steve said sitting on the couch.
The avengers consisted of, Peter/ Spider-Man, Wanda/ Scarlet Witch, Scott/ant man, Sam/ falcon, Steve/ Captain America, Tony/ Iron man, Bucky/ Winter Soldier, Thor, Rhodes/ War Machine, Loki, Bruce/ Hulk, Clint/ Hawkeye, Natasha/ Black Widow, Vision, Doctor Strange, King T'Challa / Black panther and his sister Shuri, who where visiting.
"Yeah apparently Ross is after me and Wanda which is total BullSHIT. Like honestly no one gets the concept of the mask and Wanda is not dangerous she's strong, nice, and gentle. But dangerous NO WAY. So if any of you can get to Ross and get that through his thick ugly ass head that would be great." Peter said angry, walking to his room to do his homework, Wanda following so Peter can teach her more since she never got the chance to finish school.
The others looked at each other worriedly. Peter has never snapped like that. Only once and that was when the Avengers where slowly getting back together and Steve and Tony where fighting.
Flash Back
Steve and Tony where fighting again. It became a daily thing so everyone just minded their own business. Peter had just Gotten back from school and was going into the kitchen which was where Steve and Tony where fighting.
"I bet you haven't even been sober for a day since The accords. And then bringing a kid! A KID!!! To the fight. Tony we could have killed him!" Cap yelled.
Before Tony could say anything to defend himself he was pulled back and watched in slow motion as Peter punched Steve across the face.
"LISTEN HERE STEVE YOU DON'T GET TO WALK AROUND YELLING AT TONY FOR BRINGING ME ALONG CAUSE HE NEVER FORCED ME TO. I CAME ALONG WILLINGLY AND AS FOR THE SOBER PART HE HASN'T HAD A DRINK SINCE THE FIGHT AND YOU GUYS DISAPPEARING FOR 3 YEAR. AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION I'VE BEEN DOING SPIDER-MAN SINCE I WAS 14. 14 YEAR OLD BEFORE I MET TONY OK IM 17 NOW SO YOU CAN BACK OFF CAUSE IF YOU DON'T YOU MIGHT END UP BEING THE ONE KILLED." Peter yelled angrily at Steve. No one has ever heard him yell, but this oh god he snapped! Peter than walked away and went to the gym to blow off some steam not wanting to hurt anyone accidentally.
End of Flashback
They where worried for Wanda and Peter but decided to leave the two alone for now at least.
With Wanda and Peter
"Honestly who does Ross think he is making shit like that up honestly it's such Bullshit." Peter said angrily.
"He's a dickhead who believe's he can control everyone" Wanda said reading Peter's notes as Peter did his homework.
In 2 weeks Peter was going to graduate High-school yet they still give them homework, which is stupid.
Time skip to 3 hours later
After Peter and Wanda finished, Wanda looked at all of Peters bruises to make sure they where all healed up. Thankfully no one realized them cause of Peter's outburst.
"Did you mean it?"
"Did I mean what?" Peter said confused.
"What you said a couple hours ago. Do you really believe I'm not Dangerous. Do you really think I'm nice" Wanda said looking at her hands as she said this.
"Of course. I've known you for god knows how long and I see you as a sister. A sister who's trying to protect her friends and family while still grieving over someone she lost. Your not dangerous, they have that wrong. Your the best person I could have asked for." Peter said holding Wanda's hands as he looked her in the eye while saying all this.
Wanda quickly pulled Peter into a hug. They stayed like that for a few minutes which felt like hours.
They eventually pulled away and smiled at each other.
Mr. Rogers has informed me to call you and Wanda down for dinner Peter. Friday stated
"Thank you Friday tell him we're coming" Peter said smiling
Very well.
"Lets go Маленький брат" (Baby Brother) Wanda said Wrapping her arm around his shoulder as they walked out of Peter's Room.
"Let's go" Peter said with a smile, understanding the Russian that Wanda spoke.
The two walked to the dinner table where all the Avengers where seated and eating. Two empty seats where left on Natasha's Left and right which where quickly filled with Wanda on the left and Peter on the right.
"Похоже, что синяки, наконец, ушли, да?" (Looks like those bruises finally went away huh?) Natasha said glancing at peter quickly then returning to her food. Wanda giggled as Peter sighed and said
"Да, почему бы вам просто не рассказать весь мир" ( Yeah why don't you just tell the whole world)"
"У кого синяки ?! (Who has bruises?!)" Bucky said looking at the trio disregarding his previous conversation with Tony and Steve. All the Avengers turned to look at Bucky, Wanda Natasha and Peter as they spoke in fast and fluent Russian.

( Peter apparently has been getting bullied since the beginning of High School and when we picked him up he was covered in bruises. But the reason he never said anything is cause he was scared we would hurt the boy.)Wanda said then taking a big breath since that was a mouthful. The others just looked at Wanda confused then at Bucky who's face showed anger and surprise. As Bucky was about to say something he was interrupted by a knock on the door.
"I'll get it!" Peter said quickly, trying to get away from the glare the ex-assassin was giving him. When he opened the door he was face to face with general Ross. He quickly slammed the door shut and ran into the dining room.
"General Ross is here. Distract him while I hide Wanda ok make up an excuse as to why I just slammed the door shut onto his face" Peter said grabbing Wanda's hand as he ran the opposite direction of where Ross was with his men.
10 minutes later.
"Stay here. No one knows of this place but me ok. If you need me reach out to me with your powers ok." Peter said
"Ok but be careful Peter I can't lose you too" Wanda said pulling peter into a hug before he left.
Peter ran to where the Avengers where to see that Ross had taken a seat as his men stayed near him.
"Anyways I'm sorry for the fact that the door was slammed in your face, Peter isn't 100% a fan of you and slightly freaked out" Steve explained.
"You can say that again" Peter said leaning on the door frame startling everyone in the room, even Ross's guards who then pointed their guns at him.
"Hey guns down we told you you can keep em but you can't aim or shoot or we'll have a problem" Tony said as Natasha and Bucky glared at the men who held the guns pointed at Peter. They eventually slowly put them down, but still tense.
"Now why are you here?" Sam asked, glaring at the man who once tore apart his family.
"We heard you knew who Spider-Man was so we wanted for you to tell us who he is and to hand him and Wanda Maximoff over to us." Ross said straight to the point. Peter snorted causing everyone to look at him in confusion and Ross in annoyance. Peter eventually started laughing not being able to stop.
"I'm *wheeze* sorry did you say *laugh* that we hand you over *cough/wheeze* Wanda and Spider-Man. And why would we do that" he said suddenly become very serious, annoyed, and angry.
"Because they are dangerous and need to be locked-" Ross was cut off by Peter
"I'm sorry please shut up for 2 minutes while I try to not kill you for calling Wanda dangerous." Peter said glaring at him as he walked in front of Ross while all the other Avengers looked at Peter in fear as they slowly moved back a few steps, the guards picking up on this behavior and whispering it to Ross.
"Wanda is NOT Dangerous. Just because she has powers that she hasn't unlocked the full potential of doesn't make her dangerous. Wanda is still young grieving over her brothers death which you DARED to show at the accords. Pietro Maximoff died a hero protecting a fellow comrade and child. Wanda grieving over her dead brother doesn't make her dangerous it's helping her become more than she already is. It's helping her and you trying to make her into your own little weapon will not happen cause I won't let you lay a single finger on her, and if you do god will not recognize his own creation once I'm done with you......-"
(this is Wanda now speaking to Peter in his mind once he finishes that and takes a quick breather)
Peter careful what you say he has the whole Compound surrounded. Finish your last sentences and come to your room I packed us both hiking bags and duffel bags with everything we will possibly need ok.
Ok Wanda see you soon and don't forget the letters.

"-Now Ross if I where you I would call off the men surrounding the compound if you want to see the light of day again." Peter said breathing heavily now face showing anger. Ross picked up a walkie-Talkie and called the men off.
There gone

Peter glared at Ross one more time who looked like he was about to piss himself, and looked at the Avengers with sad eyes.
"Sorry for snapping like that but I've got to go. I have school tomorrow and graduation is in 2 weeks so sorry I've got to go" Peter turned back to Ross and said-
" Your messing with the wrong family Ross. You tore us apart once, you try again and I will kill you" Peter said with a very calm tone and a smile which just creeped out the guards and General Ross more. Peter walked away towards the bedrooms and saw Wanda sitting on his bed.
"I thought I told you to stay hidden"
"I couldn't I'm sorry but come on, after everyone is asleep and we know Ross is 100% gone we can leave. And thank you for sticking up for me and Pietro like that."
Wanda said with a smile while a few tears appeared in her eyes. Peter walked in and closed the door and hugged her.
30 minutes later
Peter and Wanda walked out into the Avengers living room which is where everyone was. Everyone watched as Peter and Wanda walked in laughing and as they sat still laughing.
"God and the way you said 'Your messing with the wrong family Ross. You tore us apart once, you try again and I will kill you' with such a calm tone and a smile I swear I'm sure he actually might have pissed himself" Wanda said giggling now.
"What can I say he is messing with the wrong family and if he does try to tear us apart I will kill him. And if I don't, I know someone who has a major grudge on him and would love to kill him." Peter said shrugging while laughing lightly.
Eventually everyone started going to bed realizing how late it was, 2:30am. Once everyone was out Wanda and Peter went to Peter's room and grabbed the bags. They went to the garage, pulled a lever that brought out a car. They then threw the bags in the back seat of the car they where taking which didn't have a license plate on it and since no one drove it before, and none of the Avengers know about it. Peter quickly grabbed a Photo of him and his family, everyone in the Avengers, folded it and put it in his pocket next to a photo of him and Wanda smiling with cake on their faces.
"Let's go маленький брат (baby brother)" Wanda said going into the passengers side and Peter started driving them. Even though Wanda was old enough to drive a car she didn't know how to so she let Peter even though it's illegal.
6 Hours later
After six hours Peter and Wanda's plane lifted. 6 hours since they left the compound found an airport got their tickets and got onto the plane. They where going to go to Russia and hope no one recognizes them, even if there gonna change there looks.
(Idk how long it takes to get to Russia so forgive me if this is wrong)
12 hours later
Peter and Wanda walked into the new house they will be calling home. A 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and library 3 floor house with a small attic and a huge basement.
"So this is home now huh?" Wanda states, making it sound like a question.
"I guess it is" Peter said looking around.
"But why did me get a 3 bedroom house why not two?"
"Remember when I said I know someone who has a grudge against General Ross, well she got a hold of Pietro's body and may or may not have brought him back to life." Peter said scratching the back of his neck nervous of Wanda's answer. Once he realized she hasn't said anything she looked at Peter.
"Can I meet her and see him?" She said with tears in her eyes. Peter smiles and took her hand and pulled her into one of the bedrooms to find Pietro sleeping on the bed.
"Lily said Pietro would be very sleepy since he died for a long time" Peter said looking at Wanda with a smile. Wanda smiled back and walked up to Pietro's sleeping figure and combed his hair with her hand. Pietro quickly grabbed her hand startling them both, then realizing who it was and pulled them into a hug.
"Welcome back Brother" Wanda said with tears in her eyes her accent standing out more.
"Glad to be back" Pietro said tears swimming in his eyes as he hugged his sister. Peter turned the light on and walked out the room and closed the door.
Pietro and Wanda stayed like that hugging each other for 12 minutes (I understood that reference).
Till they let go and Wanda told Pietro everything that happened since he died. Eventually Peter walked in with a girl with long purple hair and purple eyes with a few tattoos on her face and some on her arms.

"This is Lily the one who brung Pietro back to life and got us this house and everything." Peter said as the girl Lily gave a small wave.
"You guys got the house but I got the basement as my room. Pantry and Fridge are full with food and if you need money come and ask me for some. But for now all of you go to bed and get rest. Your all going to school tomorrow." Lily said with a smile and walked out. Peter walked in and closed the door when he was tackled by both of the twins.
"Thank you so much Peter"
"Thank you"
Pietro and Wanda said at the same time.
"It's fine but let's get to bed. Lily is gonna inform us on everything we need to know for tomorrow. Like our fake names so no one recognizes us until she takes care of Ross then we can head back home ok" Peter said with a smile. They nodded as they all went their separate ways, to their own rooms, expect Pietro seeing as he was in his room already.
