After that meeting the young councilor never to cease your attention, he bothers you most of the time the only time he will disappear is when you were with the king which was pretty envious about what his friends is showing. The have the same taste when it comes to things and somehow he was happy before, key word BEFORE the two will stick together and have tons of ideas and talks about things only because they understand each other's opinions.
But seeing that his friend has an interest with the girl he has been eyeing for makes it a bit envious on each other's side. The king only wanted the best for you and knowing your continues need for love and acceptance he had promised to be the one to be person to give those.
You sigh again this afternoon, the two of you were having tea time and the king can see the bothered look on your face. He smiled at you ushering the people around you to leave for he was about to say something more private.
Iwa: you looked more tired than before" he said as you turned to look at him, taken by surprise you let a soft groan leave your mouth he saw you slouch as you do. He smiled holding your hand, you smiled back at him as you slowly closed your eyes. This kind of times is your favorite the king was kind enough no to demand too much of what you can offer and this might be something you had liked about the young king.
Iwa: is it Tooru again" he asked adding a grunt in his tone, you only hum in agreement he already had your thoughts by then. He doesn't want Tooru to take most of your time but he wanted to make him happy still.
Iwa: just don't let him get to you" he added you open your eyes to meet his concern orbs "don't let him get into you" as he smiled closing his eyes, your eyes glimmers with delight
y/n: I'll keep that in mind my king" you smiled squeezing his hand a bit, he smiled and blushed the same time. The show of affection was never a do to him but when it comes to you he will break the heavens rule just to be with it.
Iwa: Anyway I will be leaving for another meeting with the neighboring kingdom, I would want to bring you" he said but you open your eyes with sad relief.
y/n: you know I cannot" you smiled almost like a whisper, the other country might know the delight of the king about you and they might do something to you to make him weak that is the last thing you wanted to happen so even how many times he wanted to bring you to his journey. You always ended up disagreeing with it.
Iwa: I understand , for now I will let you use my favorite onsen that's the only thing I know that can make you relax and happy at the same time" he said with a glee, you nodded your head as your eyes sparkles with delight it was your favorite bath after all.
y/n: thank you Iwa-chan" you blushed realizing what you said, you bowed hard at him and repeated your words" sorry my king" you began he only ruffle your head as he smiled warmly at you.
Iwa: it was not problem when it's only us" he said, your heart falter can you really start to love him. You smiled as you held his hand making him blush " of course" you closed your eyes enjoying the time with him
Timeskip: Iwaizumi had left the palace and you are now in your room. Todays agenda was rest and you are pretty happy that you can use the royal bathhouse. It was meant for the royal but since it was the kings order you were treated like one. You fix your hair loosening the braids on it, as you brush and comb is softly humming to the tune you had loved the most when it comes to dancing you smiled seeing your reflection on the mirror.
When you finally are done you pick up your stuff for bathing along with aroma soap and all, you opened the door to see the trail of royals only for you. They bowed at unison as they too your stuff following behind you when you started to walk.
The royal bath is closed for other people, as you went inside the maid help you to take our your clothing when they are done they made way out the bath as you dip yourself in the soft and relaxing water of the hot spring.
You loved this kind of times the whole bath is for you alone not until you thought.???
You heard the door slowly open thinking it was the maids to prepare your suntan lotion body washed you only ignored it.
y/n: Ill be done in a minute please prepare the lotion" you spoke loud enough for the maids to hear, when you didn't hear any response you stood up to check why they are not responding the biggest failure of your life. There sit the young councilor Tooru with his face blushing hard
Tooru: y/n-chan why??? Are you here??" he was about to ask more when a very loud sound of shriek sounded the whole place.
y/n: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH" and you dip yourself again in the water covering your chest area. You blushed hard as you try to process what is happening why was he here? Why this osnen? He can't use this since it was the royals bath but why is he here? You thought, you slowly turned to look at him he still have red blushing face but he was avoiding the place you currently are hiding.
y/n: ummm Tooru san why are you here?" you sounded a bit nice, as he turned to look at you seeing your eyes he smiled a bit as he scratch the back of his neck
Tooru: well Iwa and I normally bath here" he said, " but he didn't mention you can actually use it too, I had no idea" he smiled as you pout that might be true but it was not nice to peak into others bath while it was being use. " I had no idea it was In use" and there your thought were answer
y/n: I see, okay then I will be leaving now please close your eyes for a bit" you said trying to escape, he only answered a strong " NO" you looked at him horrified " WHY?" you asked him
Tooru: can you stay a bit to talk, I mean you always run away from me was I really a bother to you that much" he sound sincere and it kind of sent you a pang of guilt.
y/n: it was not like that" you whisper, you really can't stay with him for you are scared that if you do , you will eventually fall in love with him. You cannot let yourself fall in love for you only bring trouble to the one you loved. Your families were killed because of you, the councilor in your little town wanted you as his concubine when you father disagree all your family members were killed right before your eyes. He nodded as he smiled at the moon it was bright tonight like it was a big bright light over the castle. The gently breeze and the soft color of the moon is perfect for tonight's happening.
Tooru: I sometimes think I am being too much of a trouble, I am sorry" he said as you looked at the moon, feeling bad about him you turned to look at him once more. The light shines light is enough to give you a clear view of him, he has short dark brown and wet hair, his eyes sparkle with love and adoration and he was not that built but not that lanky too.
He saw you looking at him and he smiled warmly at you , this made you blushed as you hide again
y/n: why do you like me anyway?" you asked him he only chuckles turning to him you looked frustrated at him, he only smiled at you as he closed his eyes
Tooru: you don't need a reason for your heart to love" he said those words and it kept ringing inside your head, was he loving you not because of what you have now? Your status? Your face? Your body? Was he only loving you because he truly just loved you?, you pout at him, as you tried to calm your beating hard heart. This guy can make you flushed, with heart beat that can pound right out your chest. This is unfair a very new feeling for you, is this what you called love?
Tooru: hey what I said is true" he smiled once more
y/n: you're so unfair, making my heart beat faster" you turned away from him
Tooru: it's unfair you do the same" he smiled enjoying the scene once more, the moon is calm and the water is good for you it was the best thing that happens for a while. It made you calm and clear for your new feelings. That moment you've open your heart for chances to come, maybe it's time for you to love
y/n: thank you" as you smiled looking at the moment he only replied an loud" EHH for what y/n-chan" you smiled at him making him blushed " for everything" you smiled more as he pout not knowing why you are actually saying thank you
On the other side of the kingdom, Iwaizumi was on his way back home
Iwa: please be safe y/n" he smiled looking at the hair pin he bought only just for you
