Nicki flipped her phone over so that the screen was face down, avoiding anyone at the table seeing the message and questioning it.
She was sat with the female members of her family as they engaged in conversation at the Thanksgiving dinner. She was glad to be around them as moments like these were rare due to everyone being so busy.
"What about you Onika, when are we gonna meet your significant other," her aunt asked her, taking Nicki out of her daydream about the message she had just received.
She gave a light chuckle before responding. "There isn't a man in my life. I'm single," she stated simply with a shrug and her cousin amber squinted her eyes at her. Nicki just brushed it off.
"Are you sure there's no one in your life keeping you away from us?" Her other aunt asked and nicki just shook her head.
"There's no one, I promise. If there was someone worth mentioning to you guys I would," she gave them, hoping they would buy into it and ignoring the smirk amber was giving her.
Soon the conversation had changed direction and everyone had diverted their attention across the table to Nicki's mother. Nicki took that as her chance to reply to the message he had sent her.

The message was read instantly and within seconds he had responded.
Now. -Drake
She internally rolled her eyes at his demanding behaviour.
"Is the guy not worth mentioning giving you a hard time?" Amber asked after having noticed how her facial expression had shifted slightly.
"You're the only one that knows about him, so let's keep it that way Am," she said in a hushed tone, glad that everyone else was currently distracted. "He wants me to go and see him,"
Aren't you in Canada right now? -Nicki
"Why don't you," Amber suggested with a shrug.
"Because I'm enjoying being around my family... He's just demanding and I'm sure he can wait," she looked at his responses, weighing out her options.

She gave a small smile and Amber just chuckled. "I'm just curious as to how you guys have managed to keep it so low-key. Especially with his status,"
"We're never together longer than we have to be. We link up for a good fuck and the occasional cuddle and conversation," she shrugged. "But other than that you won't see us together,"
I'm at thanksgiving dinner but if you book me a flight for tomorrow morning we can break in this new apartment. -Nicki
He didn't respond, but she knew he had read it and could already see the smirk he was wearing.
"Are you guys ever gonna make it anything serious then?" Amber asked, curious about their intentions. "Like what happens when you get bored of each other,"
Nicki shrugged. "We call it quits." She ran her thumb over the screen of her phone. "It's all up to him really because majority of the situation we're in counts on his wanting to see me and not the other way round. So we'll stop when he decides,"
"So your feelings are pretty much invalid?" Amber probed.
"The agreement was no strings attached and that's what it is," Nicki said before returning her attention to her phone which had indicated a new message. She gave a small smile and the flight details he had sent her.
"I don't know how you do it," Amber said with a shake of her head. "Just don't go getting heartbroken Onika, because you of all people know I will have no problem stepping in,"
Nicki just chuckled at her cousins statement knowing full well she was being serious. "Feel free to share the joke," Nicki's mother threw at her causing Nicki to kiss her teeth and make out that it was nothing...
Her flight to Canada went smoothly and she had no trouble finding her driver at the airport. The drive to his new apartment, took just under and hour and she found herself just enjoying the view of the city as they drove.
Upon arrival to the complex, she got out of the car and grabbed her bags, after assuring the driver she would be fine to take them up herself. She climbed up the stairs to his apartment - decision she regretted after getting realizing he was located on one of the highest floors.
When she did finally make it up - using the lift to help her out - she walked along the corridor to his apartment and knocked on the door. It took him a little while, but he soon opened the door with a small smile on his face. He was dressed in a pair of grey sweats and a white ovo t-shirt, and even with it's simplicity, Nicki couldn't help but purse her lips together as she looked him up and down.
He stepped out of the way and allowed her to walk in, taking her bag out of her hands as she did so. "How was your flight?" He asked as he watched her take off her coat and place it on the hook.
"It was very good actually, thanks for asking," She gave him a small smile that he gladly returned before leading the way to his bedroom. He placed her bag on the bed and started unpacking for her as she just took in her surroundings. "This view is beautiful," She said as she walked towards the floor to ceiling that overlooked the city.
"I know, one of the main reasons I chose it," He said as he placed the bag in the corner of the room after having taken out her clothes and distributed them into his closet and some in his draws. "It's also out of the way and allows me the space I need,"
"You gonna be out here more often then?" she asked still looking out at the rain droplets that were drawing patterns on the window.
"Most likely," He said before removing his t-shirt and throwing it in the hamper as he walked over the window as well. "I'll be here until they've finished my new place, so as long as I don't need to be in the US I'll be here," he said gently before wrapping his arms around her from behind and placing a kiss on her neck. "I was about to take a shower, do you wanna join me?"
She just nodded, finding herself relaxing into his hold. He gently pulled away from her and turned her to face him. He helped her out of her clothing and took her hand, leading her to the en suite. He turned on the shower and got it running whilst he got undressed before they stepped in together.
after a few moments of just enjoying the warm water, he began bathing himself, and once he was finished happily moved on to her.
He took his time just enjoying the feeling of her silky softy skin on his finger tips. He watched was the water removed the foam from her body and couldn't help but let his hands retrace it's steps. His arms wrapped around her waist and pulled her into him before his lips made their way to her neck, gently suckling on the skin there, and causing her to release a light moan.
"Aubrey," She lightly whispered as her hand found it's way to the back of his neck, whilst the other rested on his chest. He just hummed into her skin as he placed more kisses along her shoulder. "I want you to give me a tour,"
He softly pulled away from her and looked into her eyes. "Where do you want me to start?" He asked having picked up on what she actually wanted.
She bit her lip and diverted her eyesight to her hands that were resting on his chest. He licked his lips and just watched her as she observed him. He placed his index finger under her chin and forced her eyesight back up to meet his, before leaning in and giving her a kiss. And when they pulled away she whispered against his lips: "In the bedroom,"
At that he switched off the shower and took her hand leading her back to his bedroom. He grabbed them both a towel on their way out.
Once he had dried himself, he wrapped the towel around his waist and took a seat at the end of the bed, before pulling her in by her waist to standing between his legs. He undid her towel, allowing it to drop to the floor, and leaned in to placed kisses on her stomach. Her hand rested on his shoulder as she watched him. He moved his hands from her waist to her thighs and pulled her onto his lap, allowing her to straddle him. She placed her hands on his cheeks and forced him to look at her before she leaned in and attached her lips to his once again.
He wrapped an arm around her waist and flipped them over, allowing her back to come in contact with the soft sheets of his bed. He moved them to the centre of the bed and continued placing kisses on her body. He took her left nipple into his mouth and suckled on it for a moment before lightly holding it between his teeth as he pulled away. She just drew in a sharp breath before moaning as he repeated the action.
"Aubrey, stop teasing me, please," She let out breathlessly as he enjoyed dipping his tongue between her folds, but never giving her what she wanted.
He moved himself back to hovering over her and just watched as her chest rose and fell whilst she tried to regulate her breath pattern. He took her left leg and placed it on his shoulder as he positioned himself at her entrance. "This baby girl, is the bedroom," He said as he slowly entered her causing her to bite her lip. "A place where I will gladly hold you captive for as long as you want me to," He started a rhythmic pace as he put his hands on the bed either side of her and rested his forehead against hers. "A place where I will show you no mercy," he said and she whimpered.
He kept at a steady paced and he gave her long deep strokes. She opened her and bit her lip to suppress her moans as she watched him. He gave a light chuckled before leaning in and kissing her in order to stop her. "Don't do that, you know I love hearing your vocal appreciation," He said as his sped up his pace, knowing she was nearing her first climax. Her hands gripped the sheets and she let out a long moan as a wave of pleasure rippled through her body. He removed her leg from her shoulder and gently pumped into her as she rode out her climax.
He placed his hands on her thighs and leaned down to kiss her, allowing her hands to wrap around his neck. Today had been so different. Everything from the way her held her to the way he kissed her had felt different. Even the way they were currently laying on his living room floor was different, but she couldn't put her finger on why.
He stood up and reached for her hand, and she just gave him a chuckle as she sat up. "You're being very optimistic Mr. Graham," she said and he couldn't help but laugh. He leaned down and let her wrap her arms around his neck as he picked her up bridal style and carried her back to his bedroom.
They got situated on the bed, and once they were both comfortable he pulled the duvet over them both and wrapped his arms around her.
"I saw you unpacked for me, You didn't book me a hotel room this time?" She asked and he shook his head. "Why not?" she questioned and he kissed her temple.
"I didn't want you to stay in a hotel today, I wanted you to stay with me," he said and a slight look of confusion made it's way onto her face. "It was something I wanted to bring up to you today actually." He paused momentarily as he worked out what he wanted to say. "I've been thinking about what we've got going on recently, and last night I finally came to a decision,"
"And what was it?" She asked resting her head on his chest.
"I don't just wanna see you when I want a good fuck," He said she she couldn't help the small smile that found it's way onto her face. "I know it was initially my call, and that's why I want to make this more than we currently are. I want to get home after a long day at the studio and see you here and tell you about my day. I want to give you commitment and maybe one day be able to call you my wife. And i don't know what it is but I genuinely cannot stop myself from wondering how your day went, or envying the fact that you might be talking to another nigga,"
She chuckled. "Are you trying to tell me something Aubrey?" A moment of silence took over them as he thought. She gently loosened the grip he had around her waist before she straddled him, forcing him to lay on his back as he watched her.
She reached between them and took him into her hold before running her hand up and down his length. She positioned him at her entrance before she lowered herself onto him, never breaking eye contact. She slowly rode him as his hands maintained a strong grip on her waist. She leaned in and gave him a gentle, but sensual kiss, and couldn't help but moan as they pulled away.
"I love you," He said softly causing her to let out another moan as his hand gave her ass a squeeze. And at that point it all made sense. The way he had had her in every inch of his apartment, was more than just showing her a good time and now it made sense.

"I can't just up and move Aubrey," she said and looked up at him.
"You can," he pressed. "I could find you a job out here and have everything you need brought out here for you,"
"And what happens when you get bored of me," she asked and he chuckled.
"You just made me profess my love for you, without even asking me to," He ran his hand through her hair and looked her in the eyes. "I'm never getting bored of you baby girl. If anything I'm getting you off birth control and pregnant with my baby," They both shared a laugh.
"Okay," She gave him a smile that he happily returned. "But I'm keeping my apartment in New York cause I'll need to see my family every so often,"
"Whatever makes you happy," He said before settling for caressing her body as she drifted to sleep in his arms...
