I have given up. The doctors are saying that I have to lose weight, but I can't exercise like I used to. Heck I am not even cleared for exercise period. And then there is the sun issue...
So it is dieting for me with virtual non-exercise.
And I am not the only one in the house that needs to diet. Husband does worse than I do (his health is seriously affected by his weight, but he just complains instead of taking care of it). And the dog is chub butt. Since my husband won't help me, the dog and I are going to be on a diet.
Now yesterday, I was looking at the menu board of Crazy Chicken, and found something I honestly could live off of. It will be my fast food go to now.
And today I got a couple of fitness trackers - one that includes exercises and one that does caloric intake - and I logged in everything. Exercise for me sucks, but there are stability and strength that I can do. I was looking at the 'reduction in calories' that I needed to do to lose weight... 1900 fewer calories.
Ok self... how do I go about that?
I looked at breakfast. 2 coffees (don't even try to tell me otherwise) and a protein smoothie at 400 calories. Not bad.
Lunch yogurt and a biscuit (ok I didn't need the biscuit but it was calling me). 350 calories. Yeah no biscuit for me...
Dinner... argh!!! Luckily my frozen dinner is 450 calories.
I might actually make this work. I need more of the protein shakes, but my medication didn't make me sick with just that. And I didn't faint.
So let's see how tomorrow goes with adding some mild exercises.
Wish me luck. Especially with Thanksgiving next week. Why am I doing this to myself?

Good news is, the inlaws are NOT COMING! I repeat THE INLAWS FROM HELL ARE NOT COMING UNTIL (ugh) CHRISTMAS!!!
